I want want to share unhappy experiences with see the doctor, it’s the first time I saw the doctor like this. I used to be see OBGYN in the Portland clinic and did excellent surgery there, so I want to see the family doctor to do annual check with Dr Jung, when I went to see the doctor in the morning, I arrived a few minutes lately, my appointment is 9:45am, I arrived at 9:52am, they are rude and said Dr Jung wouldn’t want to see me because she has another patient at 10 am, every 15 mins one patient. I was a little disappointed and made another appointment after 2 months, I thought they would call or message reminder me like other clinics, but when I realized I missed the appointment, and I contact them said sorry, they charged me $50 missed appointment fees, they said they sent reminder messages to me but showed undeliverable. I always patiently to waiting for the doctors no matter how long, but this doctor don’t want to waiting for you few minutes because she set 15 mins per patient.

Dr. Jung is communicative, thorough, and kind.

Uncaring, provided little information on a complication from a procedure she conducted and was quick to prescribe heavy duty antibiotics without making sure that was the right call. Empathetic provider who listens well and gives excellent care.

Dr. Jung was inaccessible -- I had an ER visit following an appointment with her and she never spoke with me, even during office hours. I spoke with her staff a few times. The ER doc actually called to check up on me but she didn't do anything of the sort. She was very cold and provided little information when I did see her in person. Find a different OB/GYN.

doesn't listen, doesn't read her notes before responding to emails, prescribed the wrong thing and then blamed the pharmacy and then referred to the "wrong" prescription again. at my appointment, she would not answer my questions and just insisted I take the prescription even tho I was having side affects she told me to stop the prescription for. she would not explain the inconsistency and would not provide any other information without scheduling another appointment. she should consider a new profession or cutting down on her workload because her incompetence will affect someone. doesn't listen, doesn't read her notes before responding to emails, prescribed the wrong thing and then blamed the pharmacy and then referred to the "wrong" prescription again. at my appointment, she would not answer my questions and just … More
