the experience was mostly good nothing negative nothing positive except they sent a 40 dollar bill to a lawyer. can’t believe it. won’t ever go back what a joke.

Very disappointed in Dr Pooles chair side manners. His assistance were helpful, but Dr.Poole came in felt around my mouth stood up said something to his assistant and walked out….. He didn’t say thanks for coming see you next time nothing. I asked if he was coming back the assistant said no he just wants me to give you your prescriptions sad I felt horrible….. I won’t be back. If you need ANYTHING more than cleaning - go somewhere else. This man will mess your teeth up leaving you to deal with future dentist, orthodontist bills to fix the work he's done.

My bite was thrown off by Dr. Poole’s shoddy work. A simple filling turned into two root canals. I’ve heard of several people who have had issues with their teeth after having visited Dr. Poole. I’m one of those people who has had issues because of him. Thousands of dollars, two root canals, two bone grafts, two pulled teeth later (with more work to come), I’m incredibly disappointed in him and his practice. He has impacted my life negatively, and I wouldn’t recommend this man to my worst enemy.

I really like Dr. Poole and his staff. I have been fortunate that i have not had any oral issues and have seen him and his staff just for routine care. However, I think that he is kind, knowledgeable and professional. I've recommended him to anyone who needs a dentist in the area.

Very knowledgeable and skilled. He stays up to date and uses all the latest technology in helping his patients.

State of the art facility and beautifully decorated. The ancillary staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Dr. Poole has a great chair-side manner that puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. He is knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and is very thorough in his assessments. Rude office person called me just to say they cannot help me because they’re “so busy” this week and the entire practice is on vacation the next? I had reached out asking if they were taking new patients and the lady emailed me back stating that they were and I could call to schedule an appointment. I called and left a message and didn't hear anything back so I emailed them again asking for someone to please reach out to me so I could call to schedule an appointment. The lady just kept saying she didn't receive a voicemail from me and then told me they are not actually taking new patients. Like what? why did she say that they were. She was extremely rude and not very good at communicating. Honestly it is probably a blessing in disguise that she now is saying they are not accepting new patients because it doesn't really seem like she has anything organized or under control. One star because zero isn't an option. If you want a dentist who doesn't care about his patients give him a call. My son has been a patient here for 7 years. I just called to make an appointment because his tooth was knocked loose in football practice. They told me they could get him in the office in about a month?! She said they were really busy. I had 3 teeth removed yesterday. No pain. Painless Parker finessed those teeth right out my mouth. Still no pain. Nice job Doc.

Dr. Poole and his staff are Angels! Not only are they professional, they caring and very informative. I recently had a implant and it was one of my best dental experiences. My six months cleanings are alway thorough and to perfection as well. Thank you Dr. Poole and staff, I greatly appreciate you guys .

I have been going to Dr. Poole since 1991. He is an excellent dentist and person. Just today I had a root canal and his work is impeccable. The customer service is awesome. I couldn't ask for a better dentist .

Ms.Brooke Is An Excellent Higenist & Did A Very Good Job. If You Make An Appointment At This Office I Would Recommend Her, She'll Straighten Your Teerh Out!!

I have been coming here for 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Poole has been my dentist since I was about 8 years old, and now my kids have the pleasure of having him as theirs. He has always been kind and funny, and his staff works to make the kids comfortable. I've never been afraid of the dentist because of him.

Didn't like the woman's tone when she talked to me on the phone didn't get a chance to make an appointment. People need to talk to their customers or patient right if they want to give you service.

Dr. Poole is one amazing and compassionate dentist and has been since he came into practice. I know because I’ve been with him since then and his work is exemplary. I have had my share of challenges and needs with respect to dental care but his knowledge, service and support are second to none. His staff is thorough and work well with him to ensure a complete process and experience. I have and continue to refer friends and family with the utmost confidence. He may be a great dentist but, front office staff is mean and rude. Tread lightly when calling the office. I do not recommend contacting them if your looking for a dentist.
