My visits have always been outstanding. I leave feeling listened to and understood and with a solid plan in place.

Don't waste your time if your a new patient. I waited 3 months and they cancelled the day before and then told me if I wanted to reschedule I had to wait 6 months. I don't believe she's accepting new patients. I believe the staff tells you that she is because of contractual obligations. She has never touched me as she just comes in and sits and asks you what you need. She calls it a well visit and orders no tests and the blood work she does order they must code it incorrectly as insurance doesn't pay - it's all about the money. I needed an order for a mammogram today and the MA said she would sign the order and after waiting 2 hours at Valley Radiology they called back and she said she would not sign it as I had not been to see her this year.

Horrible. Lacks empathy. Does not follow up on a timely basis NO.

Dr Getz is TACKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Doesn’t listen. My wife has seen her two times and she has never even touched my wife including no hand shake. Never listened to her heart lungs or anything. Sad for medical system that there are so many doctors out there like this any more.....????

Staff is friendly however wait time after appointment time is always an issue. She teaches a lot of med students so if that makes you uncomfortable be honest. She isn’t the friendliest doctor and it took about three visits before she “warmed” up. Someone said she never even touched or listened to lungs or heart when she examined, but on at least 2 of my visits she has done this. Dr Gets has been nothing but very informative to me thru my last 2 visits. She takes time to understand your problem.

She isn’t friendly and it took two visits before she stopped rushing through the visit. After the third one she started to take more time. I don’t think she is the most knowledgeable doctor but there are worse. If you stick with her she eventually gets more helpful but as another reviewer points out she makes a separate appointment for everything. That can be frustrating.

unprofessional as they come. if your expecting to get help, and have a doctor follow up in a timely matter, she is not the one. whats even worse, i waited 18 days to be seen by her, only for her to come into my room after waiting for 30 mins with my daughter for her to tell me that she cant help me and to get help from my previous doctor!!!! then she billed me any way. when i disputed the charge she sent it to collections.

Money doctor Terez Getz is a perfect example of what's wrong with our health system. She's only in it for the money, The more patients she sees the more money she takes home, complete disregard to the patient's needs. I went to see her for an Annual Well Being check up, usually with other doctors i saw in my life it takes more than just five minutes! She did that almost REMOTELY, barely used the stethoscope on me. tried to bill me to see my lab results, and again to send my prescription.

I was six minutes late due to a emergency at home & the dr refused to see me, even though I called & told them that I was running late. They said to come on in. I have ALS & am in a powered wheelchair, so we had to rent a van for this appointment. It was very important that I was seen, because I had to go to the ER & needed a recheck. I will never go back to this so called Dr again. ..for she is the one that refused to see me.

I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND Dr getz !!!!!! My sister whom suffers from ALS was in dire need of a Dr she made an appointment with this dam Dr , on the way there to Dr getz office her catheter leaked and they had to stop to clean the my sister up ! They were 6 min late to get appointment ! 6 min and this Getz woman refused to see her ! I'm very very upset on this matter ! My sister is still suffering greatly this evening 4/30/16 and has to wait till Monday to her situation resolved !
