This practice is very professional and personable. I was assisted right away and was taken back for services on time. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

You have never been to a dentist office like this one! Every single person I have encountered in the practice is top notch, caring and well trained. They know what they are doing, which is on the cutting edge of dentistry.

Our experience was disappointing. After considerable research to find Dr. Scott, travel for over an hour multiple times to get the X-rays, pictures and the unproven testing for allergies to substances, we finally arrived at our appointment to find we had been switched to Dr. Scott's associate without our knowledge or permission. She then said she would consult with Drs. Scott and Ho and get back to us. After two weeks we got a call saying the case was too difficult and they were referring us to Dr. Ho. It seems like that could have happened earlier and at much less expense.

Dr Scott s an amazing dentist. After several very bad experiences, I absolutely dread going to the dentist!!! I had quite extensive work done yesterday, and was very emotional. Dr Scott and Keenya, the dental assust, were reassuring, kind and easy going. Her knowledge in dentistry, how it affects our health and craftsmanship is unmatched and in point. Among several other procedures, Dr Scott removed a root canal that has given me problems since day one even after having it redone by an endodontist. After my appointment yesterday, I feel as though I will finally get relief from this nightmare of a tooth! She insured that I had NO pain from start to finish and she was meticulous with every detail. She said, she believes as a dentist all of her work should be “pretty”. You shouldn’t have to go to a cosmetic dentistry specialist to have nice work done on your teeth. The fillings I needed (in front) look like my natural teeth! No one would know anything has been done to them. She hits all the marks! Dr Perry is my daughter’s dentist and she was amazing with them. They didn’t need anything extensive done, but I can tell you Dr Scott would only have the best working in her office. They care about only doing what needs to be done. I have had some issues with scheduling, however once I get expressed my frustrations to Shantae’ and Dr Perry over the phone they were just quick to my feedback graciously and Shantae’ took care of the scheduling. I 100% recommend Holistic Dentistry in Spring!

Biologic Dentistry was something I had never heard of however after Dr. Scott & Dr. Perry were recommended to me I decided to see what this was all about - to begin, everyone from the front office and on has been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Perry I met on my 2nd appointment, she went over my meridian tooth report with me, she explained my options, she patiently listened to my questions and concerns - something that was very, very important to me was that she respected my NO BLOOD request when it came to a specific procedure - and even thou it was probably more tedious work for her she we went a different route to respect my decision, that definitely meant a lot. she's amazing, she knows what she's talking about and definitely knows what she's doing - you can no doubt tell that she loves what she does and cares about her patients. I will definitely be coming back to her!!

amazing!! i hate going to the dentist and get very anxious about it, but this was hands down my best dental experience ever. it was my first time coming here, but everyone was so great and gentle and nice and provided an amazing and thorough dental experience. would recommend this business highly!! also i love the holistic healing and the extra steps they take.

We have always loved this office but the customer service, cleanliness, and overall work has really declined. First, the office wanted to reschedule my appt. I said that was ok, just call me back with new dates— they Never called. When I called Them to see about the new date, the receptionist said Never mind, we are keeping your same appt. Then said She Forgot to call me back. No problem, I understand. Then, the receptionist when we first arrived was rude and just said take a seat. We waited over an hour in the waiting room without anyone even acknowledging us that we had waited so long. The cleaning hurt terribly and my daughter’s jaw still hurts since the hygienist never gave her mouth a break. She couldn’t eat dinner. The doctor never came to see her during the visit. The cleaning Only -with no doctor visit and no X-rays was $220. The hygienist apologized so much for hurting my daughter while cleaning, but Never asked if she could do anything to help her be more comfortable. I honestly don’t mind the price, if we had gotten some nice interaction, clean and non-cluttered environment, and tooth cleaning with some empathy that didn’t Hurt so bad. I took my child to see Dr Teresa Scott and she performed unnecessary work. She ruined my kids teeth. I spent several thousand dollars and had to go see another dentist to fix the problem that she caused. I gave her two chances. Both times were horrible. She is a very rude, mean, incompetent and has no compassion. If you are looking for a holistic dentist look elsewhere because she will destroy your kids mouth too. I asked for partial refund and she agreed on the phone and when I got there she changed her mind. If I could give 0 stars I would. She deserves to lose her license.

So far so good. Looking forward to healthy teeth!

Everyone in the office is professional and considerate. Dr Scott provides pain free holistic dentistry. l have been her patient for over ten years.

Not to put personal out there- but I had a traumatic experience at another provider years ago which left me with dental ptsd. As soon as I let Dr Scott know this,she and her whole staff made sure it was a plesent experience and I no longer stress about going to get dental work done. They are amazing people! Highly recommend!!

Well I have to say that I'm impressed with what I've experienced thus far. I'm into Holistic practice's and I'd say they're doing a good job of practicing it. Truth be told after living in a world of no one really considering what's best for you, I was blown away. I'd like to thank Teresa and her staff for creating this opportunity for their patients and actually caring for their patients. Treating the cause and not just the symptom is the only path to a healthy lifestyle. Dr Perry and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond expectations. Going to the dentist is never fun but they’re always made it a positive experience for my 8 year old who’s anxious about going. I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Pick another dentist. The office is unorganized and messed up my appointments several times. The doctor I was working with there left the practice in the middle of my treatment. They weren’t going to tell me that she left when I arrived at my follow up with a completely different dentist. Dr. Scott (not the doctor I originally worked with) had me drive an hour to her office where I thought I was going to finish my treatment. But instead she said I should have my front two teeth removed, not very conservative for a biological dentist. I have had 4 other doctors say this would be very unnecessary. Seriously, find another dentist.

My hygienist was outstanding and did a wonderful job.

Very friendly staff and lovely office. Mimi was very gentle and comforting and made the process very simple. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and easy to talk with. Thank you!

If you want your mercury fillings removed the correct way go see Dr. Teresa! She is top notch at all things dental. Her staff is well trained and it shows when you walk in the door! Worth the trip to TX from MS!!!

This practice is amazing. I went to them as a new patient with an infected tooth. Upon checking me and determining that the situation was critical, Dr. Scott changed her schedule and performed extractions of two teeth. For the first time in days, I had relief. I have already been back for great followup checkups since, all of which occurred before my previous oral surgeon could even perform his initial assessment on me. I can’t praise the Team at this place enough! I had an extraction (which is never fun) and they were so good throughout. The pricing quote matched perfectly. Doctor Perry did my annual cleaning and then the extraction. She numbed me up good and then was so gracious when I still felt pain because my stubborn nerve that wouldn’t take the medicine. In the end she got it and it was painless. Everyone was great at accommodating me. Only complaint was their schedule is so full! I guess that show how good they are. ???? Dr Scott and her entire team are absolutely awesome. I popped an older crown off when I was trying to make a grinding guard. Dr. Scott repaired it and I even got to hug her when I left. And no more masks! Hallelujah!! God bless!

Amazing experience!!!!! I can’t find the words to express my gratitude. From the second we arrived, until my procedure was finished, they were so caring and wonderful. I’m not an anxious type person, except for at the dentist, but they were so calming, loving, and attentive. I wish I could give 100 stars instead of 5!!!!!

All I can say is WOW! Everyone was so nice and polite.I have never had a more thorough appointment in my life, not even with a primary care physician. Dr. Scott explained my dental issues, but unlike any other place I have ever been, she began explaing WHY I am having these issues. I learned so much from just one visit. This place is highly over rated. My insurance company paid for two free teeth cleanings a year. However, every time I went in for my semi annual cleaning there were hidden charges totaling over $200. They have very poor customer service. Would not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Teresa and Dr. Perry are absolutely precious. As is their knowledge of true healing that can be found in holistic dentistry. When I arrived for my first visit I was in need of assistance to get out of the car. Terrible pain in my hips and lower spine. Within a day or two of my first procedure, just my upper teeth, not everything that needed attention... just fixing some of my problematic teeth, I was able to stand up and sit down without a thought of pain. This was really shocking and unexpected. I imagined it would take more time to see results. My skin has brightened, I no longer need cosmetics. I am sleeping more soundly but actually need less sleep. I am running circles around my children, even outside in the oppressive TX heat. It's really incredible! There is so much more. I have had another round of treatment for my lower left side and the wellness has increased. I am so grateful for these two ladies and their knowledge. I am highly disappointed in the communication tactics of this office. We have been patients for several years and have had a wonderful experience for most of the time, however, my older son recently had a tongue tie released and had a horrible experience. He was not given a voice during the procedure and when his dad and I questioned him after about what he was feeling, he said 10 out of 10 pain. Now they did numb him and I know that children can register any kind of discomfort as pain, however, my son has suffered PTSD from this experience. He asked to see another dentist to get his stitches out. My son has a high tolerance for pain and is a very easy going kid. So, this was out of character for him to express that he no longer trusted the Dr. Scott. I understand that a dentist cannot control the whole experience of a child, the most disappointing thing to me was when I called to express our concern and cancel his appointment for the follow up and any additional appointments, I was never contacted by the dentist or the front desk to follow up on the cancellation. I simply got a text to confirm the cancellation and not to ask about Ryan or talk about the procedure in any way. Again, I understand things happen, but if I were in the shoes of that dentist and a I found out that a patient really suffered during a procedure, I would want to discuss the experience and have some contact with the family.
