To say they did great is an understatement! This place is phenomenal with kids (4,9, & 10). They truly make you feel like family and discuss absolutely everything with you. Dr. Martin is truly the best around here and she has the best staff that you could ask for. I love that she takes time out of her day to check on patients and makes sure that she is there if they need anything. I definitely recommend scioto smiles for all your dentistry needs!!

I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist due to trauma as a child up to a young adult. I am really self conscious about my teeth & have never felt comfortable with past dentist. The moment I walked in the office I knew it was going to be different. It felt homey. Everyone was genuinely nice. The staff are all females, which in my opinion is a huge bonus for someone like me. They all work together as a team. The culture is amazing! No drama! Tons of laughter & everyone willing to pitch in & help one another. Dr Martin has truly created an experience like no other. It’s the little things that she has incorporated that makes you feel calm & appreciated. For example I was asked at check in if I’d like a water while I waited. Once in the chair I was asked if I’d like a blanket as there was a little chill. I was given a pillow to put under my legs so my back didn’t hurt. Sunglasses are given while you are laid back so your not blinded by the light while they work on you. There are so, so, so many options from what flavor of toothpaste you’d prefer to having headphones so you can listen to music while being worked on. I couldn’t have been more happier with my experience. I feel like I’ve finally found a dentist I can stick with & feel comfortable & calm enough to finally get my teeth fixed. Our daughter had nerve damage to a permanent tooth, resulting from a severe cavity and broken tooth. I called and was able to get her in to Dr. Martin the same day. The entire staff were to loving and friendly, making sure we didn't need anything, and most importantly,calming her fears that we all face when going to the dentist. They were also thoughtful and compassionate enough to call the next morning because of a last minute cancellation, in order to perform a procedure which would give comfort until we could get into a specialist. We were very thankful to feel more like family, rather than just a routine patient. We will definitely recommend Scioto Smiles. God Bless! Every time I have an appointment the treatment that you receive from the staff is wonderful.. It’s like a day a the spa with all the extra things they do for you..
