While the dr is nice and efficient, she doesn't delve whatsoever into the patient needs or wants. Only on the immediate problem even if there's several. I gave up on her being my primary care physician.

Thorough, did not feel rushed. Takes time to answer questions. After first visit very pleased.

Dr. Hernandez is fantastic! She listens to you, she is not in a rush and she is not pushing pills!

I really enjoy Dr. Hernandez and her whole staff. When I meet with Dr. Hernandez she always listens and follows up. She has always taken her time with me and has communicated well. It is easy for me to call the office and ask a question and ask for refills. When I move I will make the drive to go see her.

She has been my Doc for over 16 years. She is great! The one star reviews that I read here are absolutely the opposite of what I consistently experienced. Everything she suggested/recommended over these years has resulted exactly as she said it would. Definitely 5 stars.

The office staff lies telling me they've called in my sleeping aid script to the pharmacy. The staff flat out lies about it. I contact the pharmacy and they tell me it hadn't been called after having JUST been told it was called in 30 minutes earlier. They flat out lie about having called in the script. I call the office back, and am told they are right on it. Then the very next day I call the pharmacy and told they still never received it. The receptionist is on the phone with personal calls and asks callers to hold while she gets back to her ? friends. Very unprofessional. I see staff in the parking lot consoling one another. Yes, I am writing this at 2:20 a.m. because the NyQuil I drink to help me sleep has dried me up. My 30 day subscription was up just prior to the weekend. They like playing games and are making me wait until the complete 30 days is gone. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me--usually when the doctor (I am told) is out of the country.

At first she seemed to really care about my care. But over time i’ve Noticed she seems to be in another world. Her mind doesn’t seem with the game anymore. She rushes out of the room without answering my questions or even giving me the opportunity to ask. There have been times she doesn’t go over my test results. When the nurse comes in with orders I’ve been left surprised because she never told me about anything being ordered. Her staff is fantastic and always friendly and compassionate. Despite that however, I’m finding a new PCP.

Although nice, I wish she was more knowledgeable and thought outside the box. Symptom and pill kind of doctor. I had to go out of network to find a good doctor who was finally able to find what was wrong with me.

So this is the status of health care... last year got hit with several bills for $350 at same time for old billing i and checkup appointment was held hostage. This year they won't renew my scripts without appointment so i ask for cost, Dr office don't know says call fhcp billing to find out, flhcp says talk to fhcp estimator to find out, Estimator says call bcbs to find out bcbs says call Dr to find out. now that i come full circle, guess i am held at gunpoint to whatever they want to charge.

Dr Hernandez is so very patient, listens carefully and explains matters thoroughly while answering any questions I might have. I have been fortunate to have great health but when I need to be seen I am grateful to have someone I know will provide expert care & someone I trust! Thank you Dr Hernandez!

Horrible doctor. She could care less about your health. No personality nor bed side manners. She seems mentally unstable. Don't cancel. She will send you a dear John bye bye letter.

I have been her patient for years and enjoy seeing her in her new office with Florida Health Care. She orders multiple tests for a range of symptoms and is quick to refer to a specialist for problems outside her range of expertise. There has never been any problem with any of her staff. Concerned, kind, responsive, competent are all descriptive of her care.

I have been with Dr. Hernandez for 10 years and have always had nothing but a wonderful experience from the beginning to end of the exam. She is an amazing and caring doctor and has a great staff. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Hernandez seems very nice. I have seen her twice. However, there is something wrong somewhere in this office. For example, I had blood work done but it never included a cholesterol panel at all. I called and requested it be added. (I have a history of high cholesterol.) During the visit, the doctor didn't have the results since only page 3 went through the fax a week before. Why wasn't this part of the initial panel? Why didn't someone make sure all results were in? What's going on?

Started out very good, graduated to great and then went downhill because of her nurse. She is very crude, unsympathetic, abrasive, belittling & dismissive. Totally unprofessional as a nurse. I thought they were supposed to be caring, but not her. Annie, at the front window, is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !!
