Update 5/22: Since becoming a patient my opinion has changed, these folks are very caring and service is excellent, the packet filling annoyance is with every medical facility in NC, just have to tolerate it.
Great place to go after you get in the door ,people great and never had any trouble, thanks from me.
Most incompetent Doctors office around this area. It will take you at least 2 trips to get your prescription done correctly, and all this will be at your expense because they will not cover anything..Also let me say when you call you will get an answering machine where you will have to leave a message and pray someone calls you back in a reasonable time, which they never do, and you will suffer with what's ailing you the whole time. Dr. Heavner is an Ok Doctor, but her staff and how they do business is nothing short of horrid.. Most incompetent Doctors office around this area. I'm always amazed about how much time she spends with me at every appt. She is very thorough. Currently I am very happy with Dr. Heavner and the practice. If that ever changes I'll update my recommendation.
She has been my doctor for over 20 years. I love her. She is awesome. Very concerned about your well being and making sure any ailments you have are treated properly. I recommend her to anyone who wants a dependable doctor.
