Dr. Teresa Flynn is an extremely competent, kind, caring, and adept therapist specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. I initially sought care with Teresa a few years ago following an OCD flare-up after the birth of my child, and she expertly guided me on a recovery path that has changed my life in so many ways. It’s hard to seek help for your mental health, and it’s often even harder to find someone that you connect with who is willing to invest wholly in your well-being. But Teresa does just that. And in true testament to her investment in you, she also knows when on that journey to suggest an escalated level of care if and when needed, as she did for me when she helped refer me to an intensive program after a particularly difficult period.
