Excellent. Everyone was great from the individual checking me in, the dental assistant and Dr Conley. It was very refreshing not to have to wait to be seen and the professional and thoroughness of the exam and the work needed was outstanding.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Had a broken crown and was seen within 2 days. I was able to get in the following day to get a temp crown and will go back in 2 weeks for permanent one.

Great and friendly staff. They worked so efficiently and were able to move my sons original appointment up. Minimal wait time and great at explaining what is going on.

Going to the dentist is no longer fearful. The staff are 100% professional and treat their patients with understanding.They listen and care about the whole person. And Dr. Conley sees each patient pleasantly. I’ll have my teeth forever and that was my goal in starting this journey… Thank you all!

The tech was very informative and explained things very well. Dr Conley was very thorough and explained things so I could understand. I finally found a dentist office that listens to me and cares about me the patient.

I am so grateful for Dr Conley and her staff...I have an abscessed tooth and they were able to get me in quickly, and although they had to send me to a specialist, they were so kind and compassionate.

Going to the dentist makes me shudder. Although I can honestly say the staff and service I receive in Dr. Conley’s office has been exemplary. They are talented, friendly, professional and make you feel like your experience is very important to them.

Dr. Conley is very professional, patient and thorough. The office is immaculate and her assistants equally professional. I am new to the area and my first time seeing Dr. Conley. I got lucky! I found my dentist!!

In our two years with this office, we have always found the Conley practice to be exceptionally managed. We find clean exam rooms, courteous front desk staff, and excellent professional care from the hygienists and Dr. Conley. Yes, we would certainly recommend this practice!

VERY rude and condescending to my friend. She couldn’t believe it. Why do dentists think they are special? If you’re going to be an a-hole to patients while costing a fortune — it should be mandatory to earn then ahead of time. She will never go back and had been warning people for years. I really enjoyed going here until recently when Dr. Conley filed a tooth down that I didn’t ask her to and didn’t even give an estimate of what it was going to cost me out of pocket before doing so. Something that took her two seconds to do cost me $123. Make sure YOU know what is covered by your insurance and what is not. Do not expect them to know because they will not go the extra steps to make sure and then you will be expected to pay. According to their receptionist they “don’t have a list of prices and medical things can be expensive”. I am really upset but what’s done is done. My husband and I just moved to the area and this was my initial visit to the dentist in our new town. Everyone was very nice and professional. The hygienist, Im so sorry I forget her name, and Dr Conley we extremely nice. Her being from WV also was just an added plus!!! Let’s Go Mountaineers????????????????

I absolutely love the dental hygienist. She is wonderful

Had a 6 month checkup and cleaning done. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I went to Dr. Connelly to fix a filling that had fallen out. After filling it, the filling didn’t bond and it had to be done again. I was in pain after three visits over this tooth and she referred me to an oral surgeon for a “root canal.” After seeking opinions from two other dentists, I did not (thank goodness), need a root canal but did incur the cost of other dentistry so that they could simply file down the tooth she had worked on because it was too high on one side. I am disappointed that she not only recognized this but because she didn’t, it cost me substantially more to seek help elsewhere after her work. Great staff! You can fill out the required forms online in the comfort of your own home, this also knocks the wait time way down. I've been using Ms.Teresa for years, she is an awesome professional. She is very careful not to hurt her patients and she has tiny hands. Win win!

Efficient, effective, polite, on time. Best dentist I've ever had.

I needed emergency attention yesterday. They had me in a chair literally 15 minutes after I called in peril. Dr. Conley and Scarlett mended me and had me back on the road within an hour. Amazing service.

It's nice I have finally found a dentist and staff that really cares for their patients.

They are sloppy and rush fillings. I've had continuous problems with pain and having to go back and get their work fixed and today one of my fillings ended up falling out.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. The office is very clean which is so important, especially today with the Corona virus around. Dr. Conley is super knowledgeable! I am looking forward to her plan for getting my teeth healthy.

I recently required an urgent procedure. Dr Conley and her team were terrific. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and attentive, the COVID procedures were in place, the waiting time was minimal, the dental assistant very professional and comforting, and the Dr was transparent about the procedure and did a fantastic job. As a first time patient and new to the area, Dr. Conley and her staff were very thorough and did not rush through the appointment. They took time to discuss their findings and did not make me feel rushed. She is a competent and caring dentist and the staff was friendly and courteous.

I appreciate them fitting me into their schedule (although, I was doing a favor for them as well as they had a cancellation). But, I haven't been treated like I was since I was in the military. The dental assistant was extremely rough and the evidence was in all the blood. Now, some blood is normal but it just seemed like she really wanted to get out of there (it was after 4pm).
