I wanted to love this pediatric office. I am new to sc and my neighbor recommended Dr.B for my 2 babies. I have had the worst 6 weeks of my life trying to get in touch with them and have them communicate their needs to my old office. My old pediatric office in Texas sent a fax with both babies medical records. They did not get the fax bc it was over 25 pages long and they do not accept faxes over this many pages. The next day I had my Texas office fax 10 pages at a time- to no avail. We then had them mail records and were still not accepted because it wasn't every single record since birth. My 2 year old was sick yesterday and we could not get the office to call us back for a sick visit and we're forced to go to the ER. Britney and Jackie need to be fired, period. I was Dr. B I would clean house immediately. I have heard from others in this small town that they have had a similar experience and that the office recently lost its best nurses. As new resident of the town and a mom of 2 babies, I have so much anxiety about getting them caught up with their shots. I got no where with the office. I wasted 6 weeks where my babies could have gotten their immunizations and check ups to be told no. Beware and go to easier office with more intelligent staff. I wanted to love this pediatric office. Best Doctor in the World and Nurses.????????????????????????‍⚕️????‍⚕️????‍⚕️

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. This place is a joke. You have to wait for medical records to come in before you are seen then if the medical records does not show well child visits then you will not be seen. If you make a negative comment about the practice to their face then the Doctor’s husband will call you to confront you about the negative comment. What business calls a customer to say that they were offended about the negative comment. Please do not waste your time.

The best caring physician ever. Caters to her patients.

My child was sick and just because they didn't accept the type of Medicaid she had they wouldn't see my child. My child ran a fever for a week straight. It wasn't those of 99.9 or 100.3 I'm talking about 103.5. Instead of her office manager Danielle I believe her name was suggesting we call Medicaid and change it to the one they accept she just said she was sorry they couldn't see my daughter nor could they let us pain out of pocket and she still didn't tell us what Medicaid they do take.

Awesome physician with a caring disposition that helps my kids feel safe. Would not go anywhere else!

Always professional and very little wait time. Helps patient understand the problem instead of just talking to the parent
