I've been seeing Dr. Angermann for well over a decade. She's great, her office staff is especially great. Her assistant has gone out of her way for me on more than one occasion. I have a number of health conditions and Dr Angermann is very knowledgeable, gets me to great specialists; she never drops the ball.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Angermann as his Primary Care Doctor for several years. She's a good doctor, but has a revolving door as far as her office staff goes. The office staff over the years has been rude, inefficient, and incompetent. They never return calls or acknowledge messages left on their answering machine. They don't fax orders for prescriptions, referrals, or tests to other facilities that Dr. Angermann herself has ordered. When you call, you get attitude and lies. When the orders are finally sent and the appointments kept, you never hear back about the results. If you call and ask to speak to the doctor, they outright refuse. It's impossible to continue with this doctor, which is a shame as she herself is a good physician. My daughter also saw her for years, but left a couple of years ago for the same reasons. It's just not enough that a physician be competent, their staff must be also and a little courtesy would go a long way. Dr. Angermann is an excellent doctor, however her office staff is the worst - no return calls, problems getting them to fax referrals, prescriptions, and orders for follow-up tests ordered by Dr. Angermann herself. When you call in, they are abrupt or downright rude and the front office person lies outright.

I am an apprehensive patient, and not at all fond of going to the doctor, dentist, or any medical professional. Dr. Angermann understands that and treats me accordingly. She is very kind, calm, patient, and - when I am ill - knows the best prescription necessary.
