My visit with Dr. Telina Williams was a breath of fresh air. She offered me comfort that I was getting the best possible care. These days in the United States, it is important that we find health care advocates given the history of disparities in health care for people who look like me.

I went to Dr Williams complaining of severe back pain that would wake me from a dead sleep. I asked in the initial apt if it could be gallbladder related and she told me no, it sounded like I was just having back pains. Even her nurse Rhonda brushed it off. Needless to say after hearing her diagnosis I went to a specialist and guess what? I was diagnosed with an inflamed and infected gallbladder! This could have been a life threatening situation if I had listened to Dr williams and done nothing.

I highly advise anyone looking for a Dr. to not attempt making an appt. w. Dr. Williams as I believe you will be disappointed. The staff was unapologetic after I waited as a 1st time pt. for 45 min. for an appt. I showed up early and was the only person in the waiting room. After 30 minutes I inquired and was told she would be out shortly. 15 min. later I said I'm not waiting any longer and I will not be charged and the receptionist said ok, no I'm sorry, no let me see what I can do, nothing.
