Dr. T is such a great doctor who cares and follows up with patients after the procedure is done. His staff is amazing workers who coordinate appointments as soon as possible especially if you're in pain.

I am so happy that I finally have had my foot fixed by The Best Foot Doctor in Chicago!!!!! This Clinic is a step above the rest (no punt intended) I went to have my toes checked for bone spurs as they were killing me and I finally had enough of the pain. I walked into his office and they are on top of their game!! I wasn't sure of my insurance and what would be covered and they had all the answers I needed right from the start and put my mind at ease. The staff was so accommodating and professional with smiles and all. Dr. Thimesch was great he explained everything to me and drew it out on his whiteboard and showed me the X-rays of my toes to let me know exactly what would need to be done to correct the problem. The nurse and Dr. had called me after the surgery to see how I was doing every day until I came back for follow up and then still called me every day to see how I was healing. I wish I had done this sooner !!!! If you are struggling with foot problems this is the place to go don't hold off like I did Dr. Thimesch Clinic is stellar!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Thimesch for nearly 2 decades. My feet suffered unconscionable issues inclusive of deep calluses among other issues. THEY ARE GONE. Dr. T literally saved my life and stood by my side when the hospital (wrongfully) insisted that my toe needed to be amputated. I give him 10 / 10 toes since he literally save my big toe!!! I recommend everyone to him!

Dr. Thimisch saved my toe! He even stood by my side when the hospital insisted on having it amputated. I am forever thankful for him and his direct and kind approach.

This place is a ripoff. They ask for money up front and then don’t turn claim into insurance.. They give you the run around. I don’t recommend. My neuropathy wasn’t any better.

IF YOU BREAK YOUR FOOT , I don’t recommend this place .

Awesome service, very personable staff. Was able to see my wife last minute, same day on emergency basis. If you have a foot problem this is the place to go.

I just had a great experience with Tegan A. Thimesch DPM foot care clinic. I had a surgery for bunion and it was success. Dr Tegan is talented and caring specialist in his field. I have been searching for over a year for such a great DR. And I would recommend it to anyone who has problems with feet. Very happy with the results!

Dr. Thimesch corrected my bunion and hammer toes. My feet feel and look so good. He throughly explained each step of my procedure and recovery. He checked in with me daily after my surgery. His staff member Wendi was also wonderful and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him for all of your foot care needs.

After a 10k I hurt my foot. It hurts so bad I could hardly walk. I truly thought maybe I broke the heel of my foot. I thought my running days were over. Dr Teagan Thimesch was so great after he took an x-ray he reassured me I did not break it and my running days were not over but I had Plantar Fasciltis. He then wrapped my foot gave me some instructions to follow and in a few weeks I was all better. Thank you Dr. Teagan for being so awesome. After a 10k I hurt my foot. I came to Dr. Thimesch for a second opinion and I'm so happy that I did. I was initially treated at Stroger Trauma Center after having my foot run over by a car and they told me that I was fortunate and had no broken bones. They discharged me and told me that I can walk out, which was not possible due to the extreme pain. I went to Dr. Thimesch and he ordered an MRI and found 4 serious fractures. I was put in a boot and was given a knee rover, which helped me get around for months after. The doctor was very transparent about the injuries and the next steps, he treated my injuries with such professionalism and patience. It's been 5 months since the injury and I am still happily working with him. I fully trust his expertise and carefully listened to all his suggestions. I've known people who don't listen to their doctors and their issues obviously come back or get worse. With an injury as bad as mine, I really took his advice seriously. He keeps it real, is a no nonsense type of doctor so pay attention to what he recommends, he has over 30 years of experience so he knows exactly what you need to heal. I highly recommend him. I have been a patient of Dr. Thimesch since 2017 when I had a bunion surgery on each foot, 11 days apart. I ended up having a cyst and neuroma a year later and DR. T did those surgeries as well. I was really nervous to have the bunion surgery in general just from all the negative blogs from women who had terrible experiences. I was also very overwhelmed at choosing a doctor to do the surgery since there are SO many different doctors who all practice different methods out there. When I first found out I would need surgery, I really just thought it would be black and white, meaning there’s just one or two different methods but it’s alarming at just how many different styles are being practiced. I was 29 years old when the first doctor suggested doing a method that would fuse my joint together and I would be on crutches for 3-6 months per foot. Oh man, I got a second opinion right away from Dr. Thimesch and I am so thankful I did. Dr. T, explained how the other doctors surgery suggestion would have made me lose range of motion in my foot forever, not being able to ever bend my toe again. That is scary and was not explained to me by the first doc. I ended up choosing Dr. T for many reasons I found to be the most important when selecting a surgeon. I also loved his Swiss method which there are only a a few doctors in the US that are skilled at that method. The best part was not needing crutches at all and I had less downtime. I started walking in a surgical show in a week. I chose DrT for the reasons below! He is very direct and straight to the point, not the coddling kind. He does NOT tell you what you want to hear but instead he tells you what you NEED to hear! I loved that. He’s exceptionally skilled and you would be crazy not to have him take care of your podiatry needs! Nothing against newer doctors... but Dr. T has over 30 years of experience, that alone made me feel at ease. He has seen it all in podiatry, and that’s comforting when having major surgery. His surgical assistant Wendy is wonderful. Wendy is very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting Dr. T. In great hands all around the board. Dr. Thimesch is the best, he was very transparent and clearly explained my injuries and the next steps. He was very patient with me and took care of concerns. I was initially treated at Stroger when a car drove over my foot and they claimed that I had no fractures and advised me to walk out after being discharged. I obviously couldn't do that and asked for a second opinion and was recommended to go to Dr. Thimesch and I'm so happy that I did. He prescribed an MRI of my foot and found that I had 4 fractures and needed severe treatment twice a week. I was on a boot and used crutches for months. Very different than what I was told at Stroger. It's been 5 months and I'm still happily work with Dr. Thimesch.

Dr Thimesch is one of the most professional and caring Podiatrists I have ever encountered . His skill level is that of Neal Frankl one of the leading podiatrists in This country . His bedside manner and level of empathy is superior .. I have never been free of foot problems ! Thanks for all you have done for me great doctor !!

Well. You can tell he doesn't get many younger patients because he hit on me a lot (I was 20). At least my plantar wart is gone.

Great podiatrist, even better bartender. Doctor fun times!! Would definitely recommend.

He's a great doctor and did a wonderful job on Both of my feet!

Good doctor, great dancer, this man can do anything! It's a very chill environment and fun any night of the week.

One of if not the best nighclubs in chicago. DJ Joey McCarey played some fire music and the whole club went wild. Doctor Tegan even went on the dance floor all while flexing his prized gucci belt.

Really enjoyed seeing Deadmau5 make a guest appearance here. It's kinda weird that the regular DJ has this whole doctor persona going on. Anyway don't eat the nachos if you enjoy having all your organs inside your body. Good nips too.

Loved working with DR. Thimisch. I just had my first bunionectamy. So far I’ve had hardly any pain. Having the second foot in 2 weeks!

My experience at the Chicago Foot Care Clinic was awesome. Dr. Thimesch throughly explained the surgical procedure beforehand to ensure I was well knowledgable, in addition, to addressing any concerns I may have had. After the procedure, Dr. Thimesch was very attentive and expressed great concern to ensure I was healing appropriately. I recommend Dr. Thimesch for any Podiatry treatment you're looking for. After much research and interviewing 4 other podiatrist for a bunion surgery needed on both of my feet, Dr. Thimisch was my choice. He’s extremely knowledgeable and his Swiss method approach was far more appealing than other methods countered by the other podiatrist. The staff is really friendly and that plays a huge role when you’ll be returning to the office after surgery 3 days a week for 3-6 weeks depending on healing time. Dr. Thimesch is not only a skilled and highly experienced podiatrist, but he is kind, cool and reassuring.

Dr Thimisch is super knowledgeable. I loved his method the “Swiss method” for bunion surgery chose him to do the surgery for both my feet. The staff is very friendly and easy to get in touch with for questions or appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Thimisch
