I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CHRIOPRACTIC CARE FORM DR JOHNSON, AND IT HAS BEEN GREAT. I DON'T GO NEARLY AS OFTEN AS I SHOULD. BUT EVEYTIME I GO, I FEEL SO MUCH RELIEF IN MY BACK. I SUFFER FROM AN L4 AND L5 DISC RUPTURE, ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE A LOT OF STRESS IN MY WORK FIELD, AND TEND TO CARRY IN MY UPPER TO MID BACK. SITTING ALL DAY HAS NOT HELPED, BUT WHAT HAS HELPED HAS BEEN THE TREATEMENTS I GET AND HOW DR JOHNSON LISTENS TO ME AND THEN GIVES ME HIS THOUGHTS AND SUGGESTS, AND EVEN SENDS ME HOME WITH GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS ON WHAT TO DO FROM HOME. I THINK THAT THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND POLITE FROM THE MOMENT I WALK IN TO THE MOMENT I LEAVE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED 10 PEOPLE TO COME HERE IN THE PAST YEAR AND THEY HAVE ALL BEGUN TREATMENT AND ARE NOW REGULARS AS WELL. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Johnson for over a year now and he has helped me tremendously, both treating my chronic pain as well as narrowing down to finding the cause of pain. Dr. Johnson listens and is accommodating, providing effective treatment needed at every visit. He takes his time. I never feel rushed at my appointments. Wonderful staff. Always helpful! I went to see Dr. Nimesh Ladhawala four years ago after I was involved in car accident. I had minor back pain but he concluded all kinds of things were wrong with me once he heard it was an auto accident case. He encouraged me to get an attorney to fight my case with the insurance company and even gave me attorneys phone numbers. Insurance company wasn't willing to pay for chiropractic care and I told Mr. Ladhawala that. I made it very clear I couldn't pay the bill if the insurance didn't cover it. He said don't worry we will work it out and he will collect from the insurance company. I went to him for ONLY 3 days! I didn't want to continue therapy and rack up a large bill that I couldn't pay. He sent the bill to the insurance company and they declined it. Mr. Ladhawala never contacted me or sent me a bill or an invoice. Four years later, I was recently contacted by a collection agency demanding over $1,800! I asked the collection agency to send me the paperwork. The bill was dated August 2017 which means it was recently generated. I couldn't believe how the bill was over inflated and padded!!! There were services on there that I don't even recognize. THE BILL WAS FOR OVER $1,200 FOR 3 DAYS!!!! THATS OUTRAGEOUS AND ROBERY!!! I looked up average rate for chiropractic services and they range from $65-$150 per session. This doctor obviously saw $$ once he heard it was an auto injury claim. He tried to collect from the insurance company but wasn't successful and now he's coming after me for the money. He told me that he would work with me but refused to talk to me when I called his office. How can his charges be over $1,200 for three days and how can he claim this if he never showed me a bill??? I think that the doctor at this office is very unprofessional and dishonest to their clients and he's inflating his prices!!! My advice is don't believe what they tell you, get it in writing!
