Ted B Rogers

I took my 17-year-old to see Dr. Rogers. He quickly identified the problem; however, it has proven to be a little challenging to identify the origin. He has been extremely vigilant in searching multiple avenues to find the cause and has conferred with other colleagues on our behalf. He has been great in keeping us informed throughout the whole process.

Dr Rogers was very courteous, very knowledgeable, and took time to explain my injuries, treatment plan, and expected outcome. I would highly recommend Dr Rogers to anyone seeking orthopedic treatment.

My dad had both knees replaced by Dr. Rogers. Dr. Rogers took two worn out knees and did a total replacement. Both knees were very challenging due to bone spurs and damage to the knees from previous surgeries. Both knees work well now and are pain free. My dad asked me to help with review.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. Lets start at the beginning of a very long PAINFUL story. I went to the ER TwinLakes, (on Tuesday) and was told I had dislocated my shoulder. The very polite nurse walks in to tell me I had an appointment scheduled with a local orthopedic at 1pm 2 days from then. (Thursday) I call to verify appointment and get directions that morning for them to tell me I was scheduled for 10am. I was shocked, also very worriwd due to the amount of pain I was in. The receptionist put me through to Dr.Rogers assistant where I was then told to leave a message. I did so. I let her know it was urgent and I needed to speak to her asap. The next afternoon after not hearing back from anyone my husband was so upset he decided to call. They then tell him they can't see me for 2 WEEKS. 2 weeks??!? We we're beyond shocked. We were advised it would be fine and he was the only orthopedic in this city. Day of appointment (Tuesday). Dr.Rogers a doctor that seemed very polite and very concerned, looked me in my eyes and said quote"This is one of the worst I have ever seen, you will need surgery asap. I will text a few doctors I am close with in Louisville" end quote. He then proceeded to tell me to wait 15 or so mins while he tried to call a few people. He then told me I could leave due to it was close to closing time in Louisville so it may be next day before he calls me with a doctor. I am writing this review almost a WEEK LATER. In less than 24 hours I will have gone a whole week without hearing back from anyone from this office. While the staff at this office may SEEM as if they care and are concerned, my experience has showed me the total opposite. Dr. Rogers is great. He did both my knee replacements and I did great. Would recommend him very highly for any orthopedic need.

All there are very nice and I like his staff. He is thorough and takes his time with you. Has helped me alot.
