Ted L Freeman

I was a patient of Dr. Freeman for several years before moving out of state. I always appreciated his attentiveness, professionalism, and expertise during that time, but now that I have moved and have been searching for a pain specialist down here, I have found that he and his office are one of a kind! He doesn't merely prescribe medication. Rather, the goal is to work to manage pain and to improve lifestyle in a way that helps the patient eventually reduce and later eliminate the need for medication. From the office employees like Lisa, to the office manager John, to the Dr. Freeman... 5 stars all the way! Thank you so much for everything you have done for me!

Been going to the doctor for over a year and each time it’s worse than the last and this time was the last straw. His office schedules you for a procedure and then during the visit he doesn’t meet with you before or after the procedure, doesn’t tell you what to expect and is annoyed if you request to speak with him after the procedure. I got an mri but he never looked at it and anytime we talk about my condition he mentions if he had the mri in front of him he could better explain… so go look at the mri! I called his office 3x to speak with him about my prognosis and options. I never received a call back so I came in one day to speak with him directly. The next time I saw him he had the nerve to chide me for interrupting his personal time with a friend… I wouldn’t have done that if he called me back! (He also had no idea who I was when I came in even after I explained my entire situation and all the treatments he can performed on me)

I was completely disappointed with the Office. It seems like a money grab at this point. I call for an appointment for gel shots in my knee which is arthritic. It was a year since my last visit. OK, so I have to have a tele-med visit, so PA can then write me an XRay script and mail it to me. I have the XRays done and call for an appt. I'm told I week to see Dr Ted. The day before i get a text that it is another tele-med with the PA. I said no I need an office visit to have my knee drained and get a cortizone shot and have them order the gel shots. They say OK you can come in. I am put in a room and the PA takes the visit. I ask if I am seeing the Dr next and she says "oh no the Dr cant see you today. Go to the front desk and book an appt. I go to the desk and the next available date is Sept 13th. Time to find a new doctor.

The worst doctor and staff!!! Total confusion and lack of professionalism. Don’t waste your time!!

I have suffered with back pain most my life. After seeing other doctors who did absolutely nothing to help me except order therapy, which I tried several times with no benefit. I was in terrable pain and Doctor Freeman helped relieve my pain right away. I will continue to see him, and reccomend him.

I Highly recommend Dr. Ted Freeman.Totally dedicated to his patients and profession.He listens carefully,reads your paperwork,tells you why you may be having your pain,orders more things,etc.goes over options and Asks You what options you would like try.Very caring,he goes that extra step to help get you back your quality of life.He staff is wonderful too.They answer any questions and put you at ease. I will totally agree- he has zero personality. If you must have a very friendly doctor - this one is not for you. Doesn’t even address his patients with a handshake or ask you how you’re doing . Just started seeing him so I can’t tell you how he is regarding treating my pain issue .

He is a great doctor, He cured my lower back pain that I had for almost five years, He is the best back doctor I ever went to, He cured me in 10 months, No other doctor could help me for four years, I suffered so much, Now I am pain free and walk about 2 miles a day and can do many other things free of back pain,

I met with Dr. Freeman in October 2018 and after years of begging for relief from chronic sciatica Dr. Freeman was the 1st doctor to diagnose the source. Dr. Freeman is incredibly detail oriented and pinpoints the problem immediately. If you’re looking for a lot of “fluff” or a quick script, don’t bother coming to see Dr. Freeman. If you honestly need relief then I highly recommend him. His staff works as a team to assure your appointment is a priority.

Had my first visit with Dr.Freeman and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with his staff and how much time he spent with me! I now feel that there is hope In managing and possibly correcting the source of my pain. He explained a lot about what can be done to make me comfortable and have a better quality of life. Excellent choice if you are looking for a pain management physician. I am now going to recommend my husband to him for his chronic back pain!

HORRIFIC! Front desk rude & "lost" my appointment-Manager then made another(already waited weeks). Lovely office. Several patients told me he was "ok'ish". Were there solely for their monthly scripts. Hypicratic Oath? I asked on my way out, "you DO realize I may die within days"& his reply disgusted me. His kind manager & nurse (who witnessed all) helped me to my car & seemed concerned-am greatful to them. If you don't have good insurance-DON'T GO! Also received surprise $150 lab bill.

I saw Dr Freeman on recommendation from one of his patients. I found him to be very through and offered medical options and pain medicine based upon what I felt was my comfort level. I'd say very caring and generous with his time. I did not mind waiting past my appointment time since he did not rush with me and assume that he gives ample time to each patient. I was appreciative of the recommendation and would pass that recommendation on to others

Dr Freeman is a great doctor. He has helped me with my chronic back and knee pain. Due to his extensive knowledge, my pain is now under control and I'm able to return to normal activities. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Freeman and his team are quite proficient in their assigned specialty as well as compassionate with a strong bedside manner. Dr. Freeman has treated my challenging pain condition and succeeded in providing me long-term relief where other physicians had failed.

My experience with Dr. Freeman and his staff was exceptional. He is very calm and listens to what you are telling him, he assessed the problem, and gave me options to work with. After a year of relief, my problems came back, testing showed the need for surgery and Gina was able to help me get it set up within one week. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone I speak with. Thank you so much! Nancy Fish

Dr. Freeman is Cold, Unfriendly and Abrupt. I did not care for his bedside manner in the least. He may be very knowledgeable in the area of Pain Management, but his personality gets in the way. He doesn't greet the patient, he doesn't shake the patient's hand. He is just very Cold and Unfriendly. I will not go back to this Physician.

Several years and no relief. His own website says he treats RSD and fibromygia yet he told me he doesn't believe in either. We still aren't certain what's wrong with me. He doesn't deal well with changes such as new symptoms. I do believe he's very intelligent and knowledgeable. Maybe I'm just an unusual case? I've waited over 2 hours past my appointment for the doctor.....
