Very unprofessional and rude doctor. Avoid at all cost!

The doctor is not a professional, sad our child has mucus in her lungs, and extrimly low oxygen in her blood. we rushed to the hospital, where we were told there is nothing in lungs and oxygen level is 100%. So we spent not only time , nerves, money couse we don't have an insurance. Do not go to this office.

She is so horrible I wish there was a way to give her negative stars she literally was about to give my son a shot in the leg without put that alcohol wipe thing on his leg and said out loud whoops I almost forgot the wipe and made an excuse saying she didn't have a nurse assistant to help her out. Not only that she gives you personal opinions and if it's not an opinion you give that she likes she tries to correct you. She doesn't care to talk to she just tries to rush to get everything done so she can get her paycheck. She is the best pediatric my children have since 2005 . I have 3 kids, my last one 3 weeks and definitely I recommend her service.

Horrible I wouldn’t allow anyone’s kids to go there

Worst pediatrician ever! Apparently has zero knowledge about premature babies. No respect for parents advocating for their child either.

I will give a zero stars but the system doesn't allow me. Worst pediatrician I ever met. She didn't even checked my child and said he was fine. I had a small discussion with her in order to have her send my child for tests to find out what was wrong with him. She crossed her arms when she was talking to me and said she entertains parents. I didn't attend to a show to get entertained, I was concerned with my child's health. She is rude, have no manner to talk to parents, she is imposing instead of explaining, she said that us parents google or talk to other people about symptoms and auto diagnose ourselves. Very intelligent and reasonable doctor. Personality-wise ... she is nice - as long as you are respectful to her and her staff. The office is tiny, sort of "mom-n'-pop" ... but she is not doing brain surgery there - so it's fine by us. Easy to get an appointment, even at the last moment. Refills, in many cases, can be processed over-the-phone (she is not greedy, that is). We like Tatiana. Very intelligent and reasonable doctor. LOVE Dr. Stephanoff she is awesome..she has been both of my kids pediatrician from birth. Always on time with appts. and I can call and get an appt. and not have to wait a month!! Highly recommended.

Great doctor, she's old school, all about not over medicating child. She is a bit rough around the edges, but if you can get over her blunt phrasing, she is amazing doctor who truly cares for her patiets. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been going to this office for year's! Always fits you in same day if you need it, always very caring and attentive! I always recommend people to her!

I've been taking my children to Dr. Stephanoff for 3 1/2 years. Some times there's a long wait but I never leave without results and she has been on point thus far.

Best pediatrician in Las Vegas. Period. Our kid loves her and we love her. I would refer anyone to her. Our child went through jaundice, cows milk protein allergy, high fevers and nursemaids elbow and every time Dr Stephanoff was there for us. If you want a pediatrician that cares about your child's health go see Dr. Stephanoff.

It seems so unfortunate to me that all the people that are upset and angry actually spend the time and effort it takes to write a review and all the ones who Dr. Stephanoff has helped and supported throughout many year do not. Anyway, this is why I decided to write this review. Dr. Stephanoff has been my daughter's pediatrician since birth and we are very happy with her. She is not just great at diagnosing and treating my child, she is also an amazingly caring individual. My daughter's reactions are the best tell (she is 3 yrs old by the way)...at this age most children are scared of the Doctor but whenever my kid is not feeling well, she just tells me: "Mommy can we go see Dr. Stephanoff? She can help me." I am not even going to go into the details of how many times Dr. Stephanoff has supported me and encouraged me as a parent. I am not sure what else to say...other than she is the best pedestrian for my child and we feel lucky to have her as such! I chose this provider based off the reviews they had, well I guess the office must have hired new people because not only m I not getting any help for my 2 year old son who is not talking and needs to be evaluated but I was also straight out refused when I asked for the office manager I would not recommend this provider to anyone unless you enjoy being blow off by lazy people who just feel that a paycheck is a right and not something you earn. I've been with Doctor Stephanoff going on four years and I LOVE HER!! she is amazing with my 3 yr old and 4 month old...she came to hospital after i gave birth with both children and made sure that my kids were ok, she even took the time to sit and talk to me as a mother and women just to make sure that I was feeling ok. Her office is very clean and small, located next to the Spring Valley Hospital (amazing location). Just recently Doctor Stephanoff changed her entire staff (I believe because they are interns) but the staff she has now are young, disrespectful, and rude. When I call to make an appointment they constantly cut me off, their tone of voice seems as if they hate being there. Based on this issue alone is the ONLY reason why after 4 years will I be taking my children somewhere else. I do not trust the doc's staff around my kids to give them shots or to even check their weight because they are not friendly, or gentle towards children which is what I expect at a pediatricians office....Doctor Stephanoff is AMAZING...its the staff that pushes me out the office!
