The lady where you have to answer the questions about COVID- 19 and take your temp is very rude. I told her I was hearing impaired driving couldn’t hear her very well. She kept turning her head so I couldn’t hear her. I told her again I’m hearing impaired and she said she has to turn her head. That is not true

Went for my annual physical recently and felt like I was listened to and heard. Very pleased. Thank you

Even in a pandemic, no waiting. Was screened before going in. And only waited a couple minutes to be called in. Dr. was very thorough, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I did not feel rushed at all either.

Dr Scott is the best primary care Dr I've ever had,she listens to my concerns,never rushes me out and keeps up with all my testings.She's also very compassionate.She's leaving PMA and I will miss her,if I ever get the chance to have her as my primary care Dr again I will be so happy!

The staff does not call in your prescriptions in a timely manner. I have waited as long as a week for my medicine and I am on high blood pressure medicine and other important medicine. I do not recommend this practice. I gave it one star because I had to pick something to write my review. My wife and I are in the middle of leaving this practice, horrible service! Very efficient, very nice, doctor, nurses, front desk, outpatient nurse, very accommodating..

I love how personal Dr. Scott is and she is just so caring about my well being.

I like because you don't have to wait a lot they call you right away. The staff are people nice and friendly

Dr. Scott actively listens to my concerns and requests necessary lab work. This office calls me back on a timely manner with lab results when applicable and to let me know a prescription has been sent to my pharmacy.

I was seen on time. Very professional and helpful staff. Dr. Scott took time with me, listened to any concerns or questions I had and I didn’t feel rushed. She was helpful and gave ideas, and suggestions about things I had on my mind. Very pleased.

First Doctor I have had that takes the time to listen to your health concerns. Then continues to ask questions in order to formulate a plan of care for you. She is a caring Physician and very down to earth. Makes you feel comfortable to express your concern regarding your health.

Dr. Scott is awesome. She takes time to listen, she provides straightforward direction in terms of what you need to take care of as a patient. My entire family goes to Dr. Scott and we could not be happier with our care.

I have been going to Dr Scott for a couple of years and I am finally done with her. She is never on time and also does not listen to my concerns. I had gone for a sleep study, she does not have my records. When I went to see a special the records were to be sent to the doctor. After several calls and repeated cancellation of office visits we have no other recourse than to find a more competent doctor. She really does not have a concern for her patients and brushes them off. We gave her several chances to accommodate us.

Dr Scott takes time with you and is typically close to on time which is appreciated

Professional and friendly. Always addresses my issues with thoughtfulness and care to find good solutions.

Everyone is polite and friendly. Everyone is very professional. There was no long waiting time for my visit.

She takes the time to go over everything and does not rush you out of the office like most Dr's do nowadays.

She takes her time to really understand your health, she takes great notes, is diligent and quick to respond. No complaints!

Very lucky to have found a primary care doctor who is approachable and caring in Dr Tatiana Scott. Love the whole team at Pentucket Medical and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Scott is and exceptionally knowledgeable doctor and she has a warm and kind personality. She has been my position for several years now. She always explains options clearly. I leave feeling encouraged and empowered.
