Excellent care and extremely friendly!

Dr. Jones always seemed very rushed during the appointments I had. The part that I was very confused by was how she treats her staff. She is very demanding and rude to her staff. She always seems very disrespectful to the ladies who work with for her. The office also seems out of date. The staff always seems fairly nice and respectful, but one lady seemed to get frustrated pretty easily because they apparently got a new computer program that doesn't work the best they said.

Called to schedule appt with concerns of symptoms. Dr. Jones was booked out so said I would check with other local optometrists. Staff asked about symptoms and said they could schedule to come in same day for short exam. Left work to come to appt. Dr. Jones came into exam room & was agitated and rude towards me. Dismissed symptoms to sinus issue. Asked no medical questions. Said could do short exam but would tell her nothing & she would bill out. Why have me come in? Poor bedside manner!!
