Once I saw they allowed a dog in the waiting room of a health facility that treats patients with breathing/asthma related issues I was done. This was OBVIOUSLY NOT a service dog and I was told as much. Very disappointing to learn that people that are allergic to dogs have to suffer them at the doctors office.

I took my mom here! They were timely; caring, interested and concern; homely and frank!

I love and trust Dr. Gupta. He has been my pulmonary physician for about 12 years. He knows what he's doing!

If you need a sleep study, and have insurance, I don't recommend them. They can't seem to deal with the insurance companies, and get things done, even with a firm send us the information, and we will pay it from the insurance. Then they will wait five + months, and send you a bill with no other contact.

They send me a bill over two years old. Really? I had a sleep study done over two years ago and whatever my insurance company did not pay, I am pretty sure I paid my debts to them in full. After making an appointment with them last week (mind you, I have not seen these people in two years), I get a bill in the mail for the sleep study that was done over two years ago. The bill indicated I still owed some money. The last payment I made to them was December 2017. This is the first bill I had gotten from them since my last payment. Why didn't they send this bill to me two years ago? All these years of my life, I have NEVER received a bill two years later. Now I have to call my bank and request they review my statements from over two years ago to show what I paid these people. And also I need to call my insurance company for them to send me the EOB for over two years ago. Unfortunately, none of this information is readily accessible to me. And this doctor's office will need to send me all of their records to prove to me that I still owe them. I pay my bills. This is a very frustrating process to have to go through. I say they should eat this $100 they say I owe--they have been eating it for the past two years. But if I owe someone, I will pay but to tell me I owe money two years later? They have a terrible business manager. This is bad business, period. After this billing is resolved, I will never see them again. They just LOST a patient--that's for sure. I've been coming here for almost 4 years now and the reviews of this place made me a bit sad. I've never had problems with my insurance, even when one of them stopped covering me without my knowledge. I was on my dad's insurance and he stopped covering me when my parents divorced. The ladies at the desk explained that the insurance no longer covered me and to just come back whenever it was fixed. In the mean time, the new insurance wouldn't start until January of the next year and these guys allowed me to have my asthma medication even without the "at least a 6 month ago" visit. Basically, prescriptions aren't renewed unless you've been with them within the last 6 months, and they allowed me to continue an important medication while my insurance becomes fixed. Another great thing about these guys is that they genuininely do care about you. I was referred to them by Piedmont Henry when I was put in the hospital for respiratory failure. Dr. Gupta from Atlanta Pulmonary visited me every day while I was in the hospital until I was released (about 4 days) and took care of my problems immediately after I was released and still today. All of the nurses here are friendly and try their best to help you. They give you appointment cards to keep in your wallet as well as a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment a day in advance. They've taken care of me over the years and I've never had problems with them. The negative reviews are unfortunate but seem to be one of those "one in a million" scenarios. They're worth trying out because they have reasonable pricing, and if you aren't satisfied, then theres many more options out there for you. Really cares about his patients, treats my conditions with A-1 knowledge and expertise, I always leave his office feeling better, I can't conclude without mentioning the staff, they are very professional and patient friendly from sign in to triage to reschedule, they are the best!!!
