Taro Arai

I would highly recommend Dr. Aria. He is very professional, thorough, explains your condition and treatment options. He is an attentive listener and takes the time to call with answers to your questions. He recently did my surgery with a positive outcome and checked in on me during my hospital stay. I am so happy that he was my surgeon!

Dr. Arai was my surgeon for colon cancer. I first met him at my intial diagnosis and it was determined that I should go through chemo and radiation first. He followed my progress and when surgery was warranted did an outstanding job. I did have post op complication and required an NG tube for 5 days. He followed my progress daily and i fully understood what was going on. I also have a surgical hernia that was easily fixed on an outpatient basis. He and his teams coordination with my chemo and radiation team was flawless as well.

Dr. Arai performed a Sigmoid colectomy on me over 15 years ago. I’ve had subsequent colonoscopies by a few doctors and they’ve all been impressed by his work.

Super rudest office staff I've ever encountered, I had 3 contacts with office staff and none of them were pleasant. However, Dr Arai is amazingly great, he’s super nice, cordial, explained my health conditions properly and answered all my questions so patiently and then advised me to email him if I ever have any questions. I feel so bad to put negative reviews of such a great doctor. Dr Arai, you been very kind to me and you’re service is above expectations however as Brian, I and probably many other encountered an unpleasant experience from your office staff. Please take necessary action to remediate this situation. All the best.

Dr. Arai is a great doctor and surgeon. He takes excellent care of his patients. He listens and explains things very clearly. He is compassionate and caring.

Dr. Arai is one of the most exceptional doctors I have ever met!! He is knowledgeable, but also kind, caring and understanding. He takes his time to explain things to you. He follows up to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Arai goes above and beyond his duties as a surgeon. I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for this man. If only there were more doctors like him in this world. Than you Dr. Arai!!

I had a very large external hemmroid for over a week. First visit and I had such relief. It sounds like a funny subject untill your the one with one. Dr. Arai made time to see me right away. Compassionate and experienced.

Dr. Arai is one of the best physicians that I have met in my life time. He is very warm and considerate and a great person. He treated one of my family members and his level of service was exceptional and exemplary. His staff were great and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

As a local Oncologist in the area, I had the opportunity to work with Dr Arai on a number of difficult cancer cases and was always impressed not only with his surgical expertise, but his professional manner and courtesy. When the shoe was on the other foot, and I needed to have bowel surgery for a benign condition, I selected to have my surgery with Dr Arai. His outstanding local reputation is well deserved. I recommend him highly.
