Tara Kaufman dermatologist I have known since her residency. She was professional intelligent from the start. Why wouldn’t I want to continue under her care? Great Doctor

Dr. Tara Kaufmann is very friendly, knowledgeable and she is an expert in her field of dermatology. ( I have a background in dermatology as well and being precise is vital). Dr. Kaufmann is also very through and always answers all of my questions. The medical assistant/staff are also very warm and pleasant!

Dr. Kaufman has been my dermatologist for years. I'm always pleased with her service. She takes the time to examine me thoroughly, and listen to all my concerns. I'm very happy that she is my doctor.

Saw Dr. Kaufmann before the pandemic and needed to come in for treatment. (I'm a cancer patient and have a complication.) Got my PCP to authorize the referral for the insurance company but the office would not book the appointment BECAUSE of my insurance. Said due to my insurance I would have to book as a new patient with another doctor. Awful. Tara Kaufmann is in my plan and the visit was authorized in advance. Guess they are just a greedy practice that does not like the reimbursement rate of my company so while they contract with the company they may not decide to take your appointment. Considering I had been there prior, I am very disgusted. Her care was OK the first couple of times I saw her but I will now avoid her and her practice like the plague. Can't be relied upon even if you have already established a relationship. Saw Dr. Kaufmann before the pandemic and needed to come in for treatment. (I'm a cancer patient and have a complication.)
