I saw Dr. Roberts video with Franciscan & felt like she would be a great doctor for me and my husband. I called to schedule an appointment 3 months ago, my appointment has been cancelled 5 times due to conflicting schedule information between her office and the central scheduling department. I got a call today cancelling my appointment that her office staff scheduled for me for the same reason again (she can only see 3 new patients a day) so they said the next available will be in AUGUST! I bet come august they would be calling me to cancel AGAIN. I said FORGET IT I will find a different doctor! This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I’ve ever had with simply scheduling a doctors appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

After losing my longtime family doctor, I was very frustrated searching for a new one and thankfully I found Dr. Roberts. She is amazingly caring and positive. Her whole staff is absolutely wonderful. My fiancé and I both go to her now and we are very thankful to have found her. I cannot say enough good things about her

She is awesome very very good Doctor love the relationship she has with my kids has a big heart and very compassionate my family has been with her for 17 years I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Horrible. Don't take your teenager there. She'll recommend Zoloft or Zanax for your teen or kid. She know's nothing about the brain. She didn't go to school to prescribe medicine that changes brain chemistry. How dare she prescribe without changing someone's diet, adding exercise or suggesting supplements. Every anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication has a black box warning, "May Cause Suicidal Effects". In the world where suicide is on an uptick in Northwest Indiana, Dr Roberts should be a shame of herself. Horrible. Don't take your teenager there. I've been seeing Dr. Danner for years. She listens and is very compassionate. Great Primary Physician!!

I Love This Clinic!! Dr. D... Is a GREAT Doctor. She saw my whole family at one point. I left for 6yrs....and when I moved back, she was my FIRST CHOICE!
