Great experience. Exam room was cleaned before I entered the room. Staff and Doc Edwards were very informative about my exam.

The only reason I rate this place a 1 is because I had to select one.... This place is horrible I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they really need to close down... How can you not have proper equipment.......

This woman put my dad in the hospital for 3 days because she didnt check out an injury he had from falling on an iron stob, all she did was look at it(and I mean just looked with her eyes for 2 seconds) and said he was fine which he wasn't. Horrible, idk how this woman is still in business. Long waiting time.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO DR EDWARDS SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS! Very unprofessional and rude to veterans

Very unprofessional. Staff is clueless. The atmosphere is sign them in, take their money and get them out. The doctor will schedule an appointment then have staff call you to cancel the appointment and ask you to reschedule 2+ weeks out. Who schedules appointments after business closing hours? They do! They take your money and then refer you to another doctor for care then want you to come back and pay another copay to discuss what another doctor has found. Dr. Edwards is wonderful however her office staff I can’t necessarily say the same.

Great doctor. She listens and takes the time to investigate what's going on instead of just sending you off with a prescription that might work temporarily. She does her best to make sure she is giving you treatment that works and will resolve the health issues not cover them up. she doesn't make you feel rushed or like a number. I love a doctor that is concerned with the patient and not just the income they provide. I've had an issue with billing but the staff had been more than helpful to staying on it to resolve the issue. Would never recommend this office!!!! Dr. Edwards is great but it is hard making appointments. They are always booked and never answer the phone. The answering services are always saying they are in rollback time. She is never really there. The wait time is awful as well. Currently changing my doctor at this moment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards to anyone. I indeed have sent my entire family to her. She is quite personable and down to earth. She listens to your needs and provides the most knowledgeable medicines and treatments.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! I am currently still sitting waiting to be seen for my 8:00 appt! It is now 9:11 and she just, just walked in the door!!! Unreal! I specifically told her staff that would have to be at work at 10:00 when I made the appt. I was assured that it would not be a problem for me to be seen in a timely manner as I'd be the first appt!! Yeah right. Nothing but lies. They didn't tell me she wasn't here til they took my copay. I just walked out unseen!

Once you get back to Dr. Edwards, she's great. However, Every appointment I've had over the last year I waited at least one hour, and once 2 hours just to see her. She books far too many patients. The last straw for me was her rescheduling 3 of my appointments within the last 6 months, including the same followup to get lab results twice. Her service is great. However, the rescheduling and long wait times are unacceptable.

Dr Edwards is thorough and helpful. I've been with her since 2011 and have only positive experiences. Whether it's an emergency or routine procedure she's there to fix you. She's down to earth and knowledgeable. She double checks herself. Again, she's very thorough. Her staff are courteous and friendly, but there's always that one grouchy person in the office. I think dr. Edwards goes above and beyond.
