I been seeing Dr Tan Wong for about 10 years he is a great Doctor and his stuff are amazing they fallow through on Doctor Wong Referrals my hat off to Nona and Molly and staff i give them a 5 rating ????

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wong for almost 15 years now. He’s awesome !! I’m a mother of a disabled daughter that past away at age 6. My daughter had 23 specialists, so believe me when I say Dr. Wong is just an awesome doctor, knows his stuff, and always calm and cool. I used to drive all the way from Newport Beach to see him?? And his nurse Nona rocks!!!

They lost my appointment, made me wait three hours in the lobby and had the nerver to tell me I should have scheduled an appoinment if I didnt want to wait so long.

Very long waits. I called to get my perscriptions refilled, Dr. said he needed to see me. I asked when I could come in, 4 weeks! I told staff person I needed meds now, was told to go to Hospital emergency room. I would not recommend him!

Dr. Wong is a fine caring doctor, when you can get to see him. The front end staff is HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been coming here for a few years, and the best part of the practice is Nona and the PA, Erik. My daughter had a severely broken ankle last year. Because of insurance, I needed my PCP’s referral to a specialist. They wanted to book an emergency appointment 4 days later! I explained it was an emergency and ended up showing up at the practice insisting I see the doctor. Even then, I had to wait hours to get service. Unbelievable and unacceptable...I am now leaving them because I have better insurance and more healthcare options. Dr. Wong is a fine caring doctor, when you can get to see him. Great family practice

We've been coming to LFMC for years and I've never had a complaint...Nona is the best!

One hour wait time for a three minute consultation and I had an appointment. Horrible! Will not be returning.

Dr. Wong is a good doctor. He's a bit hard to understand, but what needs done, gets done. His staff could use a lot of help, exceptionally rude!! Downside, though Doctor Wong will send you to any "specialist" you may need, when he tells his staff to put in for a referral, they tend to "forget" to do it.

Been a patient for years...Nona is the best

Very long waits even with appointment. I once waited almost two hours and heard the doctor rotate through three different patients in the room next door. Often the staff leaves the exam room doors open, leaves you feeling exposed. He doesn't ask many questions, you have to ask for blood tests and then interpret on your own. Staff forgot to call and give me info on my blood work, waited almost three years extra weekday d ended up in the ER which was avoidable had they bothered to review and call
