I am hearing impaired and the receptionists would not take off their masks so I can read their lips, which is very rude. They didn't coordinate the scheduling for chemo and surgery. My mom and I saw Dr. Le on the 16th, and he was good. He explained everything. But I am not completely satisficed with this office.

Very unhappy with this Dr call office always have to leave messages. After surgery saw him twice after 14 days in hospital. Was released by another Dr. I got an infection 5 days later was admitted again saw him 2 times in hospital he was very rude and told me in front of visitors to take a shower because I stink. I asked him about the two drainage tubes and right then in front of my family just pulled it out very painful. Never want to see this Dt again .

I have long contact with Dr le without any result. All His 3 prescription don't covered insurance company, he don't answer on mail of Cal-optima. Waiting in his office more then hours after it he spent 3-5 minutes for me with any result.
