They literally dont pick up the phones... ever. Trashy honestly

Very unprofessional, the Day I went in the staff quit , only one remained. I never got my meds called in and I called office for over a week, had to leave message- NO CALL BACK! No diabetes meds. Will never go back.

Dr. Faris is absolutely the BEST! He is very clam and polite. My treatment went very smooth and DR makes sure we are in no pain. He called me several times to check on me.

Dr. Faris and his team are the best. I travel 10 miles because I don’t trust anyone else to look after me.

I had such a lovely experience going to this office and seeing Dr. Faris. He has such a wonderful bedside manner and truly makes you feel that he cares about you and all of your concerns

Doctor Talal Faris doesn't listen, cuts me off when i spoke and rushed me. Only sat in for 5 mins and stormed out. Used a glove and threw back in the drawer to be reused instead of the trash and no sanitization used. Very rude and unprofessional Doctor. Front desk is very rude and hard to get them on the phone. I left there still confused about medication and what to do. Highly don't recommend!

We have trying to reach this office for 3 weeks now to get them to reply back to the insurance company to get my husband's diabetic scripts approved. The insurance company was nice enough to allow a 30-day supply since they can't reach the doctor's office either. We did talk to the office twice in the 3-week period and they took all the info down and said they would call the ins. co. but they never did. We have even left messages on the emergency line and no reply back even the insurance company did as well, and they even faxed the office the autho's that needed to be filled out. It's sad that this staff is making it bad for this Dr. my husband likes him, but we can't deal with this incompetent staff any longer. Dr Talal is absolutely amazing. I have seen A LOT of doctors and Dr Talal has one of the best bed side manners I have experienced. He was extremely thorough and very very kind. He explained everything and made sure I left feeling positive and hopeful. I would very highly recommend this doctor.

2021 My husband really liked Dr. Faris. He was very good with my husband they spoke about the new machine that will do ur testing levels for diebedies. So he gave one to my husband but never explained how you have to use the device or never said that the one part has to be replaced every 2 weeks and being diabedic meds , insurances dont like paying for some meds or equipment for diabedies . So its a $75.00 fee every 2 weeks just for the replacement pack . We were never told do we return back to office visit for them to replace it or is it something we do . Not sure of this new device . Upon first impressions, the office seemed generally nice. Dr. Faris is an overall pleasant doctor but I did not feel taken seriously or that my concerns were being addressed accordingly. He started me on a medication that I had pretty bad side effects on and basically shrugged it off and continued to increase my dose. This my first endocrinologist and I went there purely from a recommendation from my mother in law who spoke very highly of Dr. Faris. The rest of the staff I can’t say the same for. The receptionists are unorganized, impatient, and rude - not a great first impression when walking into a new doctor visit. If you call to schedule an appointment then prepare to go to voicemail and not have a call returned to you. I called and emailed several times for a copy of my medical records since my new endocrinologist could not reach them and never got a response back from them. This went on for about three weeks of me calling and emailing until I had to go in to the office and physically request my records to which I was told, rudely, “you know you have to call before you just come in for your records” which I did, several times with no return call and then was told I’d have to pay for them since another doctor was not requesting them. The one email they sent me back contained medical records for a different person with a different first and last name, gender, and extreme age difference which is extremely concerning as that is a HIPAA violation. They did not file paperwork correctly and even though the Doctor has close contact with many patients everyday he had to be asked to wear a mask!!! Even with it being the Law in Pasco Co.

Dr Faris is one of the best doctors I’ve had. He is kind and patient and very thorough. I never feel rushed with. He makes sure to go through everything with me, and makes me feel comfortable with my issues. He has a rare trait that I haven’t seen in most doctors - the ability to patiently explain why I might be having the medical problem, what he is thinks of the issue, and why he is recommending the medical recommendations he is. This helps me understand and lessens my worries. Most other doctors do not usually have this type of attitude, so I greatly appreciate it. He is also very responsive.

I have been looking for an Endocrinologist. I suppose I will have to keep looking. I spent the time to fill out my paperwork properly. I paid, out of pocket to see Dr. Faris. He didn't introduce himself when he walked in the room. He ignored me when I was speaking, talked over me and seemed generally uninterested in being there. He mostly looked at the computer and said, "uh huh". I asked him questions which he did NOT answer. I told him my symptoms to which he replied, "uh huh". I asked about diet since I am struggling to find anything that works as I am dealing with severe exhaustion and hypothyroidism. He said, and I quote, "Diets are good." I asked him what type of diet, if I should avoid gluten or if we should do a gluten intolerance test. He ignored me. I paid $180 to have this "doctor" tell me, "Diets are good" and ignore me. I had to ask several times about medication, which he gave me after I asked for the 4th time. I had to keep reiterating my (very bad) TSH #'s and T3, T4 numbers. He seemed completely out of it for most of the 3 minutes he spent with me. I could keep going but you get the picture. If your looking for an endocrinologist, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I haven't had an appointment here in over 6 months because I can't get anyone to answer a phone or even return a phone call. The only thing I can get them to do is refill prescriptions. I should have left his practice a long time ago. I called today and his mailbox is full. Don’t do it please. Dr dismissed me into a 10 minute visit. Gave me absolute wrong information. One of the best neurosurgeons in Florida was flabbergasted by the information he gave me. And not being able to get in touch with him nor my primary care doctor literally 100 phone calls and 75 voicemails and still no return call. Came in with a list of questions for him he would not even look at it. I told him these are the questions. He handed them back to me. The care received was great but it was 5yrs ago and now I've moved and need my records they will not answer the phone and haven't returned messages. when I got to Dr Faris is office he did not have a nurse or receptionist or a nurse practitioner. He was a one-man band and when I finally got a chance to see him in the office he rushed us out. He did not give any diagnosis and when I tried calling him back he never returned my call several times 3 or 4 days after the visit. The office manager at my primary Care's office also attempted to call Dr Faris his office and she never got a return call back. Doctor F. Dose a great job, i just wish he hire people who know how to do there job, they only one who did their job 110% was Kaleb. The rest cant even seem to answer a phone or file paperwork they are very unprofessional and do not know how to talk to customers. I'm going to be finding a new doctor soon.

One star is still too much of a score to provide this practice. The office manager, Jennifer, is rude and shows no experience in how to speak with customers. If Dr Faris has any hopes in maintaining his practice he will consider hiring a new manager. I had an appointment with an off site radiologist and had to cancel because Jennifer didn't get the authorization from my insurance in time for the appointment. I had to wait 4 weeks before the radiologist had an opening and Jennifer wasn't able to get it within that timeframe!? Claimed that she didn't know I would need a prior authorization. Another example of high quality management skills. I will find another practice that will gladly take me as a customer and show more compassion for people, like myself, who are already going through some pretty delicate health issues. I would not recommend this doctor. He does not listen to his patients. His office staff is very rude. Contacting them is very difficult and usually means leaving a message instead of talking to someone. It takes several days to get a response. I ended up seeing another doctor and found out the medication I was taking was in conflict with other medications I was taking.

The staff is courteous, and very knowledgeable, as is Dr, Faris. He IS caring, and it shows at every appointment. I've been going there for over four years, and have never encountered a problem with him or his staff. Never. Over the years, I have fired doctors due to their rudeness, lack of caring, and horrible staff, as I will not tolerate it. This is not the case with Dr. Faris, or his staff.
