Always prompt and always makes me feel heard. Very clear with what is going on, and is willing to work through things with you.

Great Doctor, staff, and services.

Annual physical with MD who knew my background and asked appropriate questions and provided thorough physical covering all concerns. On time and addressed all concerns to satisfaction

Good doctor nice people

Attentive and thorough. Great DRY sense of humor. Tells it how it is. Be prepared to hear it that way. The perfect Dr. For my wife and I.

Dr. Sutherland is the best! His sense of humor and knowledge are a great balance. I appreciate how thorough he is and following through on my health. I would recommend him to anyone for primary care.

Dr. Sutherland has been our doctor for a long time now. He gets to the point, listens carefully and takes great care of us. He sincerely cares about his patients. He's been there for us through some scary, serious experiences and is an exceptional doctor. I am thankful that I can trust him.

Dr. Sutherland is EXCELLENT. He isn’t warm and fuzzy, but he is highly professional and takes the care he offers seriously. My friend was a nurse here for some time and recommended him to me. He expects his patients to respect his time by arriving to appointments on time. I appreciate that because both the patient’s and the doctor’s time is valuable. He is highly knowledgeable but doesn’t try to do things outside of his expertise. I was struggling with my thyroid and he took the time over several weeks to solve the issue. When it was no longer solvable by his expertise, he referred me to a specialist. Because he was thorough with me, I was able to get into the specialist much quicker and receive better care; the specialist could promptly see what I needed because Dr. Sutherland took the time to evaluate my situation. I have been really disappointed in how Dr. Sutherland has handled my father’s memory loss issues. My dad has completed a memory test during every wellness visit and has failed them. Dr. Sutherland was never concerned until I showed up to an appt. Again, my dad failed the memory test and Dr. Sutherland said nothing. I finally had to speak up and tell him about his memory problems. If it were not for me, he wouldn’t have cared or listened. Dr. Sutherland always seems rushed and will not stop talking to listen. He keep pushing back my dads appts and didn't make it seem like he was a priority. Needless to say we switched doctors. Quick, thorough, friendly; took time to respond to all my questions and plan ahead for our next visit

I went to do bloodwork and the orders weren’t at the lab like the staff said they would be. When I asked at the office the lady said I was very demanding(which I wasn’t). Dr Sutherland came out in the waiting room with my orders and was very rude telling me he would take time away from my next appointment since he had to take time to get my orders. A very caring Doctor, who will explain things in a way you can understand. He is thorough, And makes it happen when your having health issues. A rare breed these days!

Dr Sutherland is an extremely caring and knowledgeable physician. He listens to you and finds an answer. If necessary, he refers you to a specialist but is still personally involved in your continuing care.

I have been his patient for over 20 years. I have multiple medical issues and he takes excellent care of me. I would give him ten stars if I could.

He is nice and really professional, and he knows what he is doing, always running on time and takes the right amount of time considering patient needs.

Dr. Sutherland always takes incredible care of me. He listens and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. I also really appreciate how timely he is. If you are on time he gets you right in and right out. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sutherland is wonderful, he is always running on time. He is one that will make sure that you are well taken care of and the office staff are all wonderful.

Dr Sutherland is an excellent doctor. He truly cares about his patients and he is very knowledgeable. Explains things in detail and makes sure you understand. Highly recommend him.

He is abrupt, hurried, and had no interest in my health concerns. I won't be back.

Dr. Sutherland is by far the best Doctor in many areas. For starters he is on time. If your appointment is at 10:00 you will see him at that time. Do not be late or you will have to reschedule. He is very professional with the patient and very direct. He tells you the results and does not sugar coat the outcome. If he can't help you he refers you directly to a specialist who can sets the appointment set up for you. He does not over prescribe medication. He has been our family doctor for 10 years

I found his bedside manner bordering rude. His ego appeared to be more important than finding a solution to my health concerns. He referred me to a specialist and became angry when the specialist offered a differing opinion than what he thought. He called me, yelled at me and told me to suck it up.
