Ms. Sylvia Dianne Henderson

Sylvia was my tween son’s therapist during a very difficult time. There were many things she did that were in appropriate. The worst of them being abandoning my son when she was fully aware of the family dynamics that would necessitate needing her support at the most critical time. Her complete disregard for my son’s well being was inexcusable. The list is long on why I would not recommend Sylvia to any child or adult. I feel strongly that Sylvia should not have a license as a therapist. Not only is she not effective, she could do more damage than any good. My son has since found a new therapist, and in 1 short month, it so clear that I wasted a significant amount of money and time working with Sylvia. There is a reason why she is available if you reach out to her. Do not make the same mistake I made.
