Today was my 1st appointment. Very professional staff. Very nice clean office. Waiting experience was great. The Doctor was so concerned friendly great listener. Very professional. Great experience overall. Had a great visit

Slow, no one communicates (I had too walk up ask where my prescriptions were and referral...on top of asking if my appointment was over), and they just are lost...who doesn’t make a f/u when sending for an MRI in order to discuss plan of care? I had too call in order to ask again no communication.

Love the doctor and love the staff. Family friendly environment.

I did an internship at this office a couple years back and it was not a great experience at all. The other employees there we're very unprofessional. They gossiped about the patients and would just sit around on their phones all day. The receptionist would tell me to look out for the doctor while she would be on her phone. They would ignore phone calls and share confidential information about patients. They had nerve to tell me I lacked initiative even though they are the laziest people I've ever met. This is possibly the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. The staff is slow. And appointments can run anywhere from 30-45 minutes later than the time they were scheduled for. I even once waited an entire hour for paperwork that just needed to be signed by the physician.

The doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is his staff that lacks customer service skills that count. Initially, this was the reason that attracted me to his office but now all his old staff is gone and new staff is present. Unfortunately, it is them to you have to get past to get to the doctor.
