Doctor Lord was seen today for a second medical opinion regarding my stomach and other issues. After a thorough examination, Dr. Lord revealed that no surgery was indicated nor needed. He attributed my issues to other specific causes more easily remedied non-surgically. He is a true professional and showed respect and concern for me. I would recommend Dr. Lord with no hesitation.

Dr. Alan Lord saved my life. I truly believe that I was meant to be working as a doctor in Savannah when I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2014 so that I could be operated on by Dr. Lord. Seven years later, I have not had a recurrence, and I am working full time as a pediatric subspecialist at a large hospital in London. No surgeon can save every patient, but I am quite sure that not every surgeon could have saved me, and Dr. Lord did.

Dr. Lord is one of the most qualified surgeons using the Da Vinci robot. From the moment I met him, he was professional, kind and personable. After a lengthy illness, he calmed me and explained, in detail, the surgery I needed and what would take place before, during and after the surgery. I appreciated the fact that so many others, in the medical community, had high regards for the man and the doctor. My surgery was successful and my recovery has been easy. I respect and recommend Dr. Lord.

Dr. Lord is my daughter's surgeon and he has been wonderful!! He has taken up so much time explaining everything to her and checking on her. We could not have asked for a better doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Alan Lord!
