Dr Zaffer is the best pain management doctor I’ve ever seen for my problem. He listens and seems to be willing to try other procedures, instead of just throwing out another pill. He doesn’t act like he’s cramming information into the laptop so he can go to the next patient. In other words I didn’t feel stressed and rushed. But the Huge thing is you actually see him, and not thrown off to a PA. Dr Zaffer is the best pain management doctor I’ve ever seen for my problem. Respectful and considerate staff and doctors

I am a caregiver who brought the client to see Dr. Z. He was very Professional and took his time to obtain, gather, and listened with regard to the History of the Patient and explained the changes he would make. Only 4stars because the front desk clerks did not bother to check why the patient was there and expected the PCA to provide them with the information that was already in their system; as Dr. Z had a copy of it when speaking to the patient; who was REFERRED by another Specialty doctor in their practice. Caregiver had also pre-registered online. I am a caregiver who brought the client to see Dr. Z. I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Zaffer, he made me feel very comfortable and he answered all of my questions and he was very thorough with is answers. I was very satisfied with Dr. Zaffer. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs to see a pain management doctor.

I am a new patient and this doctor is great and caring. Professional and careful to check and rule out other health issues. He makes sure to explain treatment and follows through with details. So happy to have such a wonderful doctor who really cares.

I recently saw Dr. Zaffer for a NCS and EMG. Dr. Zaffer explained both of these tests to me and was very courteous and asked how I was doing throughout. Dr. Zaffer's staff were polite and friendly, and my visit was a positive one.

Dr. Zaffer was very professional. Two very important factors about Dr. Zaffer were that he was on time (which is unusual with most doctors) and during my procedure he was very thorough with explaining exactly what he was doing and what I would be experiencing in a way I could easily comprehend. I had an EMG test with Dr. Zaffer. He made sure I understood everything that was happening, was concerned about my comfort and was very thorough and knowledgeable

Dr. Zaffer is a great doctor. He takes his time and answers all questions we might have. So far there has not been much of a wait time to be seen. We are usually in and out within an hour. The only downfall would be there are hardly ever any close parking spots.

Dr. Zaffer helped me get through some of the worse pain in my life and made solid recommendations on getting me on a path to recover. I like that he helped by suggesting alternatives to pain meds and took the time to conduct the proper tests. He really is dedicated to helping his patients get better and has a wide approach to healing, which. Finding ways to make chronic pain manageable so you can continue living is always hard so Having someone who understands what you are going through is key.

A blessing to have Dr. Zaffer as part of my team of doctors at Fl. Orthopedic for the last two years. Thanks

If I could give him six stars, I would! I was courteously greeted when I entered the office and was seen shortly after arrival at each visit which made me feel that my time was valuable. Dr. Zaffer LISTENED to me and explored my issue. He worked WITH me to determine my plan of care. My pain is finally under control because of our TEAM effort. This practice should be a model for other offices! Thank you!

I went to Dr. Zaffer with terrible knee pain. He helped me deal with my pain both pre and post surgery.

I set up a new appointment and was asked to arrive a half an hour early to do paperwork. I got there at 10 am as requested. I was never told that I would be required any information from other doctors. But when I arrived they told me I needed information sent from my referral doctor. I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for my regular physician to send the requisite information -- they were apparently very busy and it was not clear what information was needed.
