Dr. Syed T Shahab

March 13th - My mother may have worked for him for years and raved about him however when I need to see him as a patient I am met with almost a month to get documentation address for my employer to which I am still awaiting currently, failure to provide copies of medical records and failure for the office to address my questions or the status over the phone. Update as of March 16th, 2023 - Dr. Shahab requested I remove the Google Review over the phone and that he is not comfortable addresssing Reasonable Accomodation Paperwork for a patients complete medical concerns. I advised that the paperwork can be adjusted to soley reflect cardiac concerns at the time I provided the paperwork on the 17th of February and again today on the 16th of March, and that his practice failed to contact me to discuss these concerns during this duration. I advised I was fully willing to come in for an appointment and have stated so since the 17th of February to discuss the matter in person. As Dr. Shahab and I would not come to a conclusion to address the paperwork and I have received copies of my medical history I will be finding a new practitioner. Additionally, he states that a primary care office should be addressing this paperwork and I have advised the primary care offices state a speciality needs to address this paperwork. Please note I find it ironic that for the 1st time in a month of awaiting to have documentation or a phone call for my employer I receive a call from Dr. Shahab AFTER a Google Review is left.

Dr. Mr T Shahab and his staff are fantastic! They are very polite and professional. Dr Shahab reviewed my health history and my concerns, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease in my concerns. I would highly recommend anyone to their practice!

Dr. Shahab is kind and extremely knowledgeable. He has taken care of both of my parents. I hope he continues to practice for years to come.

I used to love this guy. Since the move to the new office things have changed. Less time with patients. Staff that seems less caring and informed.
