I have been a patient for almost ten years. He is very kind and really listens to you without making you feel rushed, even when his office is very busy. His staff is great about getting you in for last minute appointments. They are always nice when you check in and check out.

Dr.Shah has been my PCP for over 4 years. His bedside manner is amazing. No matter how stressed you feel over your symptoms Dr. Shah will make you feel at ease. Dr. Shah listens closely to what you say and will talk you through your problems and concerns. Dr. Shahs staff is great. The nurses are excellent and the office staff take care of any concerns immediately. Finding Dr. Shah was a blessing.

Totally inappropriate prescription of drugs .This reflects his lack of knowledge of prohibited drug use set out by the US National Institute of Health...DO NOT EVER go to this supposed MD

Dr Shah has been our family doctor for last 14 years and we couldn't he happier. He takes his time and patiently listens to our concerns. We all are very happy with the care he provides and his staff is top notch as well.

Dr. Shah has been my family physician for almost five years. Yesterday I called his office to set an appointment for a well-check, which I had been postponing for sometime due to COVID-19. Dr. Shah's office refused to give me an appointment and told me that since I haven't come there for sometime my account is now inactive and the Dr. is not taking new patients who has Medicare (like me.). I believe this is a very insensitive policy. Nobody from Dr. Shah's office ever told me that my account will become inactive if I won't visit him from time to time (whether I am sick or not). And if my account turned inactive, I won't be able to see Doctor in case of need either. I have had a very good opinion of Dr. Shah and it hurts to know that he operated under such policy. I have been bringing my grandmother here for the past 5 years since it’s the only place nearby that her insurance is accepted, Dr. Shah is a great physician but wait times to see him are consistently over 2+ hours and our appointment times aren’t even remotely close to when you’ll actually get to see him.

He is excellent and goes above and beyond to make the patient feel secure and welcomed. His, ‘How are you doing today, my dear’, greeting is very reassuring that you will be listened to, not ignored, diagnosed and treated well. I have seen many DRs in the past and he is, by far, the very best. He is very knowledgeable and will explain everything and answer any questions.

STAY AWAY! For the sake of your health or your family member's health. I don't think my family member would've had multiple strokes had he actually received the proper medical care. Dr. Shah missed the mark many times. We would actually have to get advice from other doctors and then tell Shah what to do and what exams to order. Had we not consulted other Physicians, my family member probably wouldn't be here today. Btw, we went there multiple times throughout the pandemic and not once did they ask if we had covid symptoms. Every other Drs office we would go to they would pre-screen us. That says a lot about how much they care. One last thing - we found out my family member had multiple conditions because we randomly asked for a copy of a CT scan report. This was OVER A MONTH after the CT had actually been done and yet we never received a call about these conditions from Dr. Shah. Also, never called about HEP A in blood work, found out 5+ months later.

Horrible management, there management cancels the appointment without informing and the reason is there are too many sick patients.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor with a great staff. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very thorough with his examination. He listens well and I feel he truly cares about me. In today's practices, many of them have a nurse practitioner doing everything. It's a great experience to be dealing directly with your doctor.

Very caring doctor. Pays attention to my needs and concerns. Wonderful nurses and office staff.

I've been going to Dr Shah for years, but hadn't been there for about 3 years, I went in for a problem he had treated before. He refused to do anything for me and I wasted $95 for an office visit because he wasn't on my insurance plan. I asked for a refund and the lady said she'd call me back and never did. I can't believe he would take my money, yet do nothing for me.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for years. He is a wonderful Doctor. He is very compassionate, spends a lot of time with me explaining the diagnosis, medicines and things I can do to help get my health back in shape. He genuinely cares about his patients. I have never had a negative experience with anyone there. His receptionist (Naz?) is very kind and caring, she recognizes me right when I walk in the door and greets me warmly by name, as does his nurse. Even the person who draws blood is very friendly. I love everyone at this office and highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone.

He is awesome like the place

I like dr Shah he is very kind and give you time and listen to you. No rush like his approach and his diagnostic results. He is good in accessing any complex situation with accurate diagnosis. His staff (specially his nurse "Sana" ) is the worse case scenario. If I am giving 10/10 to dr. Shah I will be giving 0/10 to his nurse.

Mostly will attend to your need with quick fix of medication with no refill, was a much better doctor a few years back now he I'd just running business., also supportl staff are not worth grading.

Dr. Shah is very professional and take care everyone as per there needs. He is always there whether call or text.

Dr. Shah is the most knowledgeable physician that I have ever encountered. He is sharp, caring, extremely generous and understanding of patients. He is indeed a 5 Star physician and I highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you doctor for serving in our community.

I went to Dr S last year and found him, the staff and the office very professional and helpful. He was not rushed and they did not hurry me out of the office. If you want true medical care you should go to Dr Shah, if you want to be rushed and just given a prescription you may not need go somewhere else. Dr Shah is the best Doctor I have found since Dr. Edwards retired several years ago. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone. I have just come back from the office and felt very disrespected to and humiliated in front of the other patients. Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor, but the receptionist was very inconsiderate explaining my insurance policy in front of other patients. She is disrespectful and doesn't care about what the patient has to say. Talking over me and not hearing my side and speaking loudly about what my insurance does and does not cover. I have never felt so disrespected to in a doctor's office before. I would suggest replacing your receptionist with a more respectful and professional one. Very in Dept checking

Dr Shah has been our doctor for over 5 yrs and he is an excellent doctor. The staff is very friendly, caring and always try to accommodate any last minute requests for appointments. He makes sure all your concerns are addressed and was never wrong with diagnosis. My whole family including my parents who often visit from India go-to Dr Shah for any ailments. Dr. Shah has treated my mother for a number of years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for around 2 years. I rarely go see him but when I really needed a Dr. he did not come through. And the run around i received to get the results was unbelievable. The staff is not professional and during my time of need when i was in pain waiting for results and as i could not get a hold of anyone at thier office to give me any answers i asked for the office manager and recieved a call from the Dr. and his exact words were "find another DR" and he hung up.

he did not spend time during Exam. I had a complete physical in 10 min. !!

Getting refills from the Allen office is like pulling their teeth! Get it together office! Will try again and again!

I have been seeing Dr. Syed Shah for many years, and consider him to be part of my personal health advisory network. I value his opinion greatly. The office staff has always been polite and efficient. I recommend both the Allen and Frisco Offices.
