Front desk receptionist is horrible. Melissa doesn't know how to do her job

Been my primary for 2 years now. Dr. Syed Pervaiz is awesome!

I have type 2 diabetes, and a bipolar disorder, and recovered from cancer. My medications have never been better. Dr. Syed Pervaiz caught a mistake in my lithium medications that no one else found over 5+ years. He also added another medication to my type 2 diabetes and that was also a help. He pays attention to details that no one else has spotted and corrected my files so now the doctor's know more (D. S. Emergency Room) which surprised me but it is better to have a complete diagnosis on record. He's the only one that caught mistakes from previous (Californian) doctors. Dr. Pervaiz appears to give coworkers professional liberty in the work environment. He's from Pakistan; he is one of the best doctors I have had in many years.

Dr Pervaiz is very thorough in his examination and evaluation of peoples health. I forgot to list several disorders and in his cross-checking he found them and put them in the system. He has an excellent background which includes cancer. He also has experience with some of the psychological/psychiatric disorders I have problems with. He is over qualified for what he is doing in Urgent care, making good medical care easily available. Retired Special Ed Teacher. Never had any wait time whatsoever... Very courteous and efficient.. I went in for several pre op test and even had to go the other side of town for an X-ray to one of their other facilities... I was still completely done in 2 hours from start to finish... Love these people... Receptionist at the front desk was awsome..

hi Dr, I went to see your staff at location on rainbow, stuff very rude, the heath care provided who is a nurse , he was very nice, he approved something for me , but your stuff denied. practically they said he is not the boss, he is not the Dr. i was questioning your stuff why they denied, and practically they throw me out of your office, and I have video to prove it.

I like Dr. Pervaiz. He listens to me and responds thoughtfully. I don't care for the wait times, but other than that, I will keep him as my physician.

Can't get anyone on the phone or to call you back. Spends small amount of time with you. Seems very distracted. Office staff is awful, disorganized and rude. One referral they gave me had another patient's personal information on it. Had to go back and show them and get the right one. Regardless of what you are there for, always told to come back in 3 months. Obviously working the system. Awful experience.

Not to be trusted. Rudd receptionist. Would not call my insurance while sitting doing nothing said I had to do it. The close the doors 12-1 pm lunch you have to wait outside. Ax store front medical practice in a shopping center.

Put in the same room as my son who is 26 to save a room for other patients. Dr. Pervaiz entered, he asked why we were there and what our problems were. We were cut off each time we tried to answer his question and he just moved on. He left the room without any notice in the middle of our conversation. Returned to tell us he needs the room. I asked why. He said for other patients. He told us to wait in the waiting room for the referral. Never did receive the referrals requested.

I made an appointment. When I got to the office 15 minutes early for my appointment the door was locked. Other people were waiting also. I waited 45 minutes. No one but the nurse practitioner showed up and she couldn't open the door.... when I went to go pee and return she was gone. I never got an explanation , a phone call, an apology . Not one person has contacted me. This was not the first unprofessional experience I have had with them DONT GO THERE!!!! .... I give them a fat ZERO

His staff is rude, disrespectful, have hung up on us, and neither doctor nor staff will tell us what happened to the other physician who was our primary physician.
