I became Dr Azam's patient in 2003 and remained with his practice after the MDVIP transition. His focus has always been prevention vs treatment. He "listens" to what I tell him and reacts accordingly. It seems most things happen to me after office hours, and I can always reach him. He never criticizes. He offers encouragement. He is always happy to see me. Based on lab work results, he referred me to specialists for treatment of previously undiagnosed issues such as to a cardiologist who discovered subventricular tachycardia. Dr. Azam is the Marcus Welby country doctor from the past who is truly concerned about each patient. It was a blessing to find him. Always has the patient's interests #1. Focuses on trying to prevent diseases instead of simply treating diseases. Does not hesitate to immediately refer you to a specialist if needed which has been a problem for me in the past with other doctors which ended up making things worse.

Caring & friendly staff! They go above and beyond. Dr. Azam is knowledgable and patient. He always takes time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Azam is a very caring and integrative doc. He helpd you get better with a whole body and mind approach. I love their weight loss program and health coaching.

I went here once and the Doctor just wasn't for me, not a reflection on him. However, after coming here once my information is now being used to spam me with phone calls and mailings about some new program the doctor is participating in. Once would be strange since I only had the one appointment at least two years ago, but this is getting ridiculous! I have received at least 6 phone calls and three mailings about the matter! If I cared I would've gotten the message with one shot of either. However, now even if I was desperate for a Doctor I wouldn't pick this place because they don't respect my privacy and are using my information to spam me with their ads without my consent! I have the upmost respect for Dr Syed Azam and staff. Dr Azam has helped me through some very difficult times. My husband was terminally ill. Dr Azam talked with me and help guide me when it was time to say good bye to the love of my life. Since my husband's death, Dr Azam has helped me mentally and emotionally through this grief process. His beautiful wife is a wonderful asset. She helps with so many of the programs. Elizabeth keeps everything running smooth for Dr Azam. I cannot say enough about her. She makes his patients always feel special. Thank you Dr Azam and staff for the professionalism you show to all your patients.

One of the best weight loss and med spa clinics in Tucson. Staff is really sweet and funny. The doctor is an integrative and functional medicine doc and treats your body and mind as a whole and helps you understand joyful living with food, healthy mind and intermittent fasting.

An amazing doctor and health coach. I have lost 33 lbs and I feel really good. I sleep better and am not bloated anymore. The staff is so sweet and helpful.

Genuine weight loss programs with emphasis on lifestyle change. I had to work hard but saw results in 3 weeks. The health coaching keeps me accountable and all programs are medically supervised. Staff is friendly and helpful and fun.

Best Doctor and staff, very helpful.

Dr. Azam is really caring and an expert in integrative medicine and hormone balance. I have learnt that I can take more control of my wellness by following healthy lifestyle plan and natural hormone balance. The staff is also really friendly and always comforting and cheerful.

Dr. Azam and his staff are excellent and extremely caring in what they do. They believe in preventative and holistic care and are always there to answer my concerns. They have helped me be more mindful and thoughtful of what health means to me.

did not even get to the visit. explained while making appointment physical issue and prescriptions. when they called to confirm, sent me to website for paperwork. at that point I found they could not treat me and would need to "refer me out" to a pain management clinic. this is after the 200+ out of pocket just to see the PA. What a scam, double bill for insurance. I guess its a good thing I found out before I spent the money only to find out they would have to refer me out to pain management, Rheumatologist exc.

Dr. Azam is an amazing physician who has helped me understand my health better than any other doctor I have been to. He is a genuine doctor who put the care of his patients first.

Dr. Azam and his staff are wonderful and caring. I enjoy going to the office because everyone knows my name and greets me with a smile. Dr. Azam has helped me with my hormones and weight gain. He is incredible at what he does and how much he cares about his patients.

Called office this morning to get apt with primary care doctor. Have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Needed to get inhaler refilled for allergy season. Last visit was 2 years ago. Have been healthy with no needed visits to the doctor. I was informed that they where no longer my primary care doctor because it was over 2 years since I had been seen. I could be seen as a new patient in 2 weeks. This office has really changed since the office manager left. The receptionist that answered my call this morning was very cold and seemed to care less if I was a long time patient. Our policy is our policy. I thought medical professionals like my wife(nurse for 30 years)where in it to take care of people when care was needed. Not so much at this office anymore! Really a shame. Always friendly and I really like their extended hours for blood draws and such. Being able to stop in at 5:45am on my way to work is very convenient and I don't need to take time off. Thanks!

Dr Azam is great in helping me with my illness and takes time to explain and understand my health issues. I would highly recommend Dr Azam to friends and family.

Never. Has "lifecoach" with an administrative degree hawking controlled drugs and their products. Never once asked me about lifestyle. He told me he just doesn't have that time to spend with patients. Nothing for his huge cash price fees upwards of 300-400 dollars. He should be ashamed.

I struggled for years with issues as a result of early menopause. I went to doctors in both Mexico and the United States for all of my medical issues with limited results. Luckily I found Dr. Azam and his staff methodically walked me through my health care over the last two years and they have determine each problem. They always take the time to listen and to then to explain options and treatment without taking down to me. The office staff is wonderful and like a family.
