Does not care about your concerns. Does not even care to make sure you have an easy time scheduling with him. Everything is for his convenience. Terrible front staff, rude. Manners are unheard of here. Doctor himself keeps appointments to 3 minutes max so he can make money on the next guy. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use Dr Syed Ali. This doc is not a good listener. He’s impatient and says very little. He regards his own time as most important. He arrives at abrupt conclusions and then changes his mind. I could. It trust his shifting ideas.

Incredibly rude. Staff does not answer the phone and their voicemail cuts you off. Office Staff frequently disconnects the call and both Dr. Ali and his Staff will hang up on you purposefully. They speak down to others and speak to you as if you are uneducated and causing an inconvenience for them. Incredibly unprofessional team and they do not know how to collaborate respectfully and appropriately with their patients providers. You will get more comprehensive services elsewhere I can promise you that.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Ali - I needed a new psychiatrist after switching insurance, and Dr. Ali had great reviews on ZocDoc. When I arrived he personally greeted me and I was seen right away. He went through my medical history with me and asked lots of background questions. I found him very professional, attentive, and helpful - just what I needed!

He doesn't listen to me. He talks to me condescendingly. He yells at me. He refuses to listen to any input from my therapist. He doesn't explain why medications are prescribed or why the dosages are changed. He tried to force his religion on me. He is completely disrespectful in every way. Unless you have literally no other choice, don't go to him. Hannibal Lecter would be a better psychiatrist than him.

Do not trust Dr. Syed A Ali at all. Do your self & your family a favor, STAY AWAY from him and find your self someone else.

I've been a patient for about 2 years now and I've been extremely happy and satisfied with the care I've received. Doctor Ali and his wife are very accommodating and willing to help me whenever I need. I highly recommend Doctor Ali to friends and family!!!

He was very rude and discourteouss. He don't need to be in this field with this poor behavior issues at the end he needs therapy. I wasted time with this visted and if his culture restricts him from being professional towards different cultures he should not be in this feild at all. I will tell anyone don't waste your time with this nut! When he call you he says Come on no respect just rude and ignorant!

He's a very straight to the point doctor but very kind and always concerned. Him and his staff are super friendly!

I was really surprised of how rude the doctor is. My sister had an appointment with him, he talked to us like we were making him work! I decided to try another doctor and called the office to cancel the appointment. When I called , I am sure he picked up the phone and after asking her last name did not say anything, just hang up on me. I did not understand if he canceled the appointment , so I called back,he yelled me. What kind of psychological help this man can provide by yelling at patients?
