Dr. Syed Usama Akhtar

I have been treated very good here at Texas oncology. Every one here has been very kind and professional. My doctor has been a very helpful and caring to me as a doctor. I appreciate his help and caring attitude. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

I’m receiving iron infusions now. Dr Akhtar has helped me through some rough times. His staff is very pleasant.

I would and have recommended Dr.Akhtar to anyone in need of an oncologist-Hematologist. Dr. Akhtar is an exceptional physician with a very kind and caring demeanor. He has successfully cared me through two very serious cancers and I am completely comfortable in saying I’ll go to no other Dr.!

I think Dr. Akhtar is a GREAT doctor. I have always been very happy with the treatment I am getting. I would recommend him to anyone who may need a very good cancer doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Akhtar since Oct 2015 when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. I feel like we've been through thick and thin together. He's a good man who is thoroughly committed to each and every patient. I don't wish cancer on anyone but if it happens to you, you can trust this man with your life.
