Appointments run very late. He showed up two hours late to a procedure ... He misdiagnosed my problem and then prescribed the wrong medicine. Dr Tsi . Is my kidney stone dr. For surgeries. He is the very best urologist I’ve seen. Dr say. Has done 4 or more surgeries on my in last 12 years . He is the very best .the office staff is great and hav3 become my close friends.

I was written a prescription for a medicine from my doctor and his office sent it to my insurance to get an approval which was over a month ago, I received a denial for the medications, stating that the doctor should try something else before requesting this medication! I was not informed by the doctor's office of the issue I went to the doctor's office in person and wanted an explanation why I wasn't informed, some office assistant tried to brush me off by telling me that we will call the insurance and get the approval, so I asked to speak with the office manager and I spoke with Layne, which was understanding and she promised that she would take care of the Issue and will call me back when she got the prescription approved!
