I have no words to describe how much I regret having this dental office work on my teeth. I am now having to spend throusands of dollars to fix work they didn't do properly. During my college years I was on a medicaid dental plan and this place was close so I decided to go to them. WORST MISTAKE EVER. They did a bunch of root canals and fillings on my teeth. On 3 different occassions I had a filling fall out within 2 weeks of them placing it (which according to them is normal and happens sometimes, I didn't know any better but now I do). As other people here have pointed out, at some point they tried to get me to pay $1200 for laser surgery on my gums (and even made me apply for care credit on the spot and tried to pressure me to do it on that same visit) which I was later told by 2 other dentist that I absolutely did not need it. Now a few years later I got better insurance through a job and my new dentist showed me on the x-rays that the fillings weren't done correctly so I now have cavities growing under the fillings they did, and 2 of the root canals they did have become infected at the root and were so so poorly done that it cannot even be fixed so I am now having to replace those teeth with implants (which are very expensive). My advise to you reading this review is please go somewhere else, the work at this office is cheap but it will cost you so much more down the road. Other dentists I have seen are even surprused that these people are still allowed to practice and work on other people's teeth. I am now having to spend throusands of dollars to fix work they didn't do properly. During my college years I was on a medicaid dental plan and this place was close so I decided to go to them. WORST MISTAKE EVER. They did a bunch of root canals and fillings on my teeth. Terrible service, over charge you, get you in debt and will tell that the insurance don't cover the service so they can tell you to get a dental credit card ???? and then start telling you to get deep cleaning and such If you get approved. Then they will abuse that card telling you to get extra cleaning/ even telling you to get gum treatment. Please don't go here, you will regret it your whole life. After 6 years i am still suffering the cost. Don't go here or Russian dentist— get their license back home and Come here and validate it. Don’t go here please. I made an appointment because I wanted to get the doctor's insights what needs to be done. I was told by the assistant that she needed to make 10 xrays for the doctor to see the whole picture. I think 10 xrays is unnecessary when the doctor did not even look into my mouth. It sounds to me like overprescribing. I understand that the doctors need to make money at the same time my health is stake her too. The old fashion way by opening the mouth and inspecting the teeth would have been enough to give me a treatment plan. Very bad costumer service the girl that works on Friday morning is very rude . I was interested in doing braces here .but I’m not coming back to this place I don’t recommend it

They don’t deserve not even one star, this place where the front desk people don’t even look into my eyes few minutes ago that I went there to ask if they accept my insurance, whoever is the owner of this place you need to teach them How to give good customer service, I felt today ignored by your front desk girl she was so mean and let me tell you with that type of people at your front desk you’ll lose definitely lot of new clients. Absolutely horrible. Do not go here. Change dentists or you will regret it forever.

It was horrible, I went in for a filling, its been 2 weeks and I still have to eat on one side of my mouth. Poor quality service, dirty and smelly place, no professionalism, the staff themselves aren't very hygienic. Just don't go!

I had a horrible experience at this Dental Office.The first time I visited this place,for a problem with a tooth,Dentist Svetlana Ponomareva made a root canal on it,and then couple crowns with a good result,for that reason i trusted her and I went back again for a similar problem with two teeth,but this time was a big disaster !,because she worked so fast as a person who prepares "fast food",for something that is a delicate matter.I paid her $2 000 cash to fixing two teeth,she explained me I needed two root canals,and she made them with a pretty bad results,because she left me with more pain that I had originally.this time she worked as a crazy!,very fast and without care for a issue that is very delicate!.When I paid my money,she took it from her Dental Assistant fast and put it in her pockets right away (I did not understand why,like somebody tries to hide something...After she did the root canals,I got more pain that I had originally,and right away I thought something was wrong!.I went back to ask her why still with pain on the teeth and she sent me antibiotics again and "cleaned them" around for a internal teeth pain?,this procedure did not help,I requested her about the pain,and the ignorant "Dentist" anly answered :I don"t know,i don"t know...,can you believe that?.at the last I asked to refund me some money to pay another Dentist for the same teeth and she answered : No,because I made my job !...Aside this woman is unprofessional and negligent,she is shameless,too !,if she did not about the problem,why she dared to work on them?,Why did not she be honest with me and left me go with another Dentist who could understand about my teeth problem?,but instead she took my money right away and made very bad job that caused me more pain and problems!.She is a dishonest dentist and a crook,because she put me very wrong size crowns,too!!.I can not believe she cursed the Dentist profession,or where because she works worse than any Dentist from a backward country,also I can not believe this "kind" of unprofessional and crook can practice a Medical Profession in USA,because her "job" is worse than any "third world country".
