I had a brachioplasty surgery on December 1, 2023 and I am so happy that I did it! Dr. Yee and her staff are very professional, but also very caring and knowledgeable. The surgery turned out marvelous. I wish I would’ve had the courage to had it done 10 years ago.

Staff was friendly, but when I was serviced, they originally did not do exactly what my consultation was for. I called, requested laser treatment for my tummy and bikini area. Price was quoted, but of course I had to do a consultation which wasn’t an issue. Attended consultation. Informed that I would like my tummy area done and my bikini area. Clarified the specific areas and price. This was clarified during the consultation and confirmed by them. They even seemed to type it in on their iPad/technology device. I left that day feeling pretty confident about it and paid for all of my upcoming laser treatment sessions in full and scheduled my upcoming appointments in advance for the next few weeks/months. Since this was my first laser treatment session, I was pretty nervous when I went in for my first couple appointments. It wasn’t until about the 3rd treatment that I realized, “oh no… my tummy hasn’t been receiving treatment”. I mentioned it to them and she acted as though she had no memory or note of this. Even though I was adamant about this during our initial conversation both over the phone and during the consultation in person. She acted as though she was not aware, but did say she would go ahead. It gave the impression as though I was at fault, when I clearly wasn’t. I continued to go to all my appointments, but I did not like that what I had paid for and was informed that I would receive, I only received half the treatment for (not the tummy area). Within my last couple appointments, she informed me that she would take a look at my progress and assess my results thus far. She said, “if it looks like you need another appointment based on your results, I’ll just go ahead and schedule you for a session for touch ups.” She stated herself personally that it would be no additional charge for something such as this. I thanked her and left and didn’t think anything about it. Fast forward and I am at my scheduled appointment (keep in mind that I drive 2 hours for this service) and as I’m headed out, they attempt to charge me for the touch up session. I informed them of what the lady informed me and they told me they would have to check with Ms. Yee. I don’t think they record things in their notes properly at all. Which explains them not completing the areas entirely that I had requested and the additional miscommunication. In addition, I have not been satisfied with any of my results, even though I was told that I responded very well to the treatment. I am currently about to have to go through another business for laser treatment. My results are not anything that they described they’d be. I’m very disappointed because I truly expected better results and better customer service. While I do understand that perhaps some results may vary, it’s almost as though I never had laser treatment at all at any point in time.

Highly recommend Dr Yee!! I had lower eyelid surgery and I am very pleased. The procedure was so much easier than I expected and I had very minimal bruising. Dr Yee and her staff are the best!

I could not be happier with my results! I had a breast augmentation and went from a small A to a full C. I finally have the confidence I have always desired. Everyone at Dr. Yee's office is so helpful. They will answer any question and make you feel super comfortable. Dr. Yee even called my husband the night after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation in January 2022. Dr. Yee and her staff were so compassionate and caring throughout every one of my appointments and they took such good care of me the day of surgery! I had a appointment scheduled, cost me 75.00. ok I do understand giving a notice if you can, without loosing your money, but I lost the money because I had Emergency come up 3 hrs out from my appointment time, and called to reschedule but no I lost that 75.00 and was going to have to put another 75.00 for the new appointment. Which I didn’t think was at all fare, I couldn’t help my Emergency that came up. So why would I give them more money. No one can every know when a Emergency will come up. So I suggest finding a clinic are another doctor that you don’t have to do this with, I found one that dose charge for the Consultation, but you pay nothing up front and you loose nothing if you have to cancel. This was in just wrong on their part as a clinic because ppl can’t help Emergencies. I had been looking forward to the appointment for 2 mths so why wouldn’t I show up. When I first had this surgery, I thought I would be in a lot of pain . That was not the case. Hardly any pain. For about 4-6 weeks I just sat around and did no chain sawing or brush cutting. After healing I have been able to go back to Chainsawing. I will be 80 in May of this year. If any lady does not like the upper arm flab I strongly recommend this surgery. I had prepaid for the tummy tuck and they charged me $400 to credit my credit card for the surgery. This was months before the surgery was to happen. I couldn't wait to leace a review for this amazing doctor and her staff. I booked an appointment to have my earlobes repaired. The day prior to my appointment, one of my ears became stopped up with something lodged in the ear canal. Because of covid and doctors stretched thin, I had an ear that wasn't what it should have been for the surgery. Suzanne and her expert team, fixed my earlobes, and even fished out the offending item lodged in one ear. There are no words that can aptly define the the depth of gratitude I have for Dr. Yee, a caring and dedicated physician who represents the best of attributes one would hope for in a doctor. Miradry is a procedure I only recently knew even existed. I could have benefitted from this treatment years ago. I’ve long struggled with excess underarm sweating. I sweated when I was nervous, hot, or even cold! It didn’t matter the situation, I was sweating. I was unable to wear tighter fitting shirts, silk shirts or grey shirts due to them showing sweat rings as soon as I would put them on! As for the nervous sweating...anyone who suffers from this, knows that once you start sweating from nerves it makes you even more nervous about the sweat rings that are forming thereby causing you to sweat even more. It was terrible. I’ve had one treatment and it has been life changing for me!!! No more sweat rings!! I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Yee in January 2019. She made the entire process very easy, informative, and comfortable. She answered every question honestly and made sure I understood at every step along the way. She explained everything about the procedure and recovery in detail. She was available in off hours to answer questions via cellphone text message. She was attentive and supportive before and after the procedure. As a transgender woman, I was initially very nervous and picky about who I would choose to perform my BA. I wanted to be sure my chosen surgeon understood the slight nuanced differences between my ribcage/torso and that of a cisgender woman, and how those differences needed to be accounted for to insure the most natural and feminine appearance post surgery. Dr Yee assured me that while the vast majority of her patients were not transgender, she had performed this procedure on trans women SEVERAL times. (She made it a point to stress "several".) I had a abdominoplasty on October 15, 2019 I have waited to give a true review after the healing process. I have to say that I am beyond pleased with the results! Dr. Yee was absolutely wonderful, she is kind, understanding and very thorough. My recovery went very well without any complications, I only needed pain medication for 36 hours after my procedure and did not suffer with any nausea. I feel very comfortable recommending Dr Yee and her wonderful staff to anyone.

In the 90s, Dr. Yee was a fellow for Dr. Russell Kridel, and she took part in a rhinoplasty surgery that DESTROYED my face, my career, and my life. I was told Dr. Kridel was going to do the surgery, but now I have reason to believe Dr. Yee may have done much of it to get her training. How does she sleep at night? I couldn't even get a partial refund from these despicable people to try to get fixed. Dr. Yee is also not certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which many experts say is the only certification that really matters when choosing a plastic surgeon. Look into it for yourself if you're considering going to her. The American Board of Medical Specialties is the organization you can check with. The only ABMS board that certifies her is for ENT's. I went to Dr Yee for Breast Augmentation and let me tell you, she did ME right!!! The staff is really, really sweet people with kind hearts but Dr. Yee is the zenith of compassion and wisdom. When I first went, I thought they were alittle pushy about going up a size. But, the truth is, they were completely right! Once the implant is in place, sometimes tissue pushes against it and what is suppose to be a large B turns out as a small B. Not with Dr.Yee! She doesn't fill the order, she evaluates and adapts to what the patient wanted. Go to whom ever you may chose. Go to Dr. Frankenstein cause he's cheaper... I highly recommend Dr. Yee! I could go on and on about how wonderful she is and her staff. I knew at the beginning that I had made the right choice during my consultation. That is when I met Rachel and we talked about breast augmentation. She was super sweet and helpful and made me feel confident in my decision. I never felt rushed or anything they honestly made me feel like their only patient. On surgery day everyone was so great and my nerves went away especially with Tali taking care of me! They take your health very seriously and were available by cell phone anytime I had a question or concern and even got me in to their office immediately if I had a problem. It says a lot about a doctor that takes your phone call at midnight. Every visit with them they make me feel like family and I will miss seeing them often! I went in on April 12, 2018 to have filler around my mouth due to frown lines. I had never had any procedures before and maybe didn’t fully know what to expect. The procedure was VERY painful-I had quite a bit of bruising for about 6 days-and when that went away I saw very little, if any results. The filler was not in the correct place and now I have lumps on each side, not in the creases where it should be. I went in yesterday( May 3rd)to have a consultation and was offered Botox (which would only last 3-4 months) to fill in the creases. I prefer not to get Botox so I declined. I cannot give a good review as I am out $627 and not satisfied. Given the pain and lack of results I would have to say, save your money. On the plus side, everyone very nice- tho I never met Dr. Yee. I went home thought about it called for revisions to fit what I wanted and all of a sudden she can no longer do the surgery I should wait until a later date although I would have been scheduling two months in advance.
