If you don't mind the wait, you can get in to see her. Office has become too busy, like most doctors these days. She does try very hard but just too busy for great care. I'd say her office has overbooked, but a pain Doc wants to help all.

Wait time as a new patient over two hours. Another three months to have procedure scheduled, and follow up visits are never with the doctor. If you ask to have appointment with doctor you will wait months and another two hours in the office. Still in pain and now even more stressed and more pain.

I initially went here because it is closest to where I live. However, this was literally the worse experience and most poorly run office I have ever been. No one is professional and they seem to be unqualified.

Worst doctor ever...very judgmental...doesn't care if your suffering or not...talks to you horrible behind closed doors

Staff is uncaring, not compassionate and Rude. Both doctor and NP make you feel like garbage and never took time to listen or try to understand their patient.

I have never been so disappointed is a doctors office. I waited for 2 hours, the secretaries were rude, the office is a hole in the wall and I left still in pain with a shot scheduled for 3 months out. I went to my regular doctor the next day and had a shot in my shoulder and didn’t have to wait so long or have to be put to sleep.

What an amazing doctor! She really seems to care and is not judgmental at all! The staff is great also.

What a great experience. Pain is hard especially with a chronic disease. You don't need someone who is judgmental and unkind. When this doctor walked in the room her warmth and kindness radiated from her. I have to pay a little more copay but it's worth it to go to someone who truly cares. If there were 10 stars I would use them

Great staff, great doctor. Listens and understands. Gives you options. I had surgery in Marietta and was pain free for almost a year. Then it was back. Dr. Turner listened and explained what was happening. After eblation of right side pain was alleviated.

Dr Turner has helped my husband so much in the short time we've seen her. He finally feels like someone has some options for him, other than just medication, someone who understands the more rare arthritis he has, and someone who listens to his concerns. She is working with him to install a neuro-stimulator for pain, and will do nerve ablation on areas that the stimulator cannot help, if needed. She is skilled, highly intelligent, dedicated, a great listener, remembers you and your questions and concerns, and is by far the most decent human being we've met in the area of pain management.

My husband has been a patient of Dr Turner's for 2 months now. Initially, on the first visit, his lower back pain was so intense, she scheduled him the next day for nerve injections. This lasted only for about a month, then even more severe pain began. His MRI showed that he had disc compression & bulging at L3-4 and L5-S1 and this caused pressure on the nerves that branched to his hips and legs. He had 2 more rounds of nerve injections; the last one really helping his pain and every day quality of life. The following week Dr Turner did nerve oblation, which destroyed the nerve and now he is pain free. Dr Turner loves what she does and returned my husband back to having a good quality of life! She is also very informative to family and discusses in detail exactly what must be done the the result of that.

Saw Dr Turner & was really impressed with the amount of time she actually spent with me. She actually listened and talked to me instead of “at me”

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Turner. She treated me with respect and kindness from the first time I met her. She never judged me or my motives at any point. She showed concern. She was initially supposed to see me as a new patient and then hand me over to the office PA but kept me as her patient instead. She listened to my concerns patiently and asked many pertinent questions and offered advice, always in a caring compassionate manner. She knows what she's doing

Dr. Turner is an excellent Dr. I would recommend her to anyone. too bad she isn't in the emergency room all the time. She has a great bedside manner and she listens to what is wrong. She spends as much time you need with her. She always comes back to check on you after you have been treated. Other Dr.s just send a nurse in with your discharge papers. Dr. Turner is the best Dr. Turner is the best Dr. that I have ever seen and I really appreciate her hospitality.
