It's always so comforting when you meet a Dr. that you intuitively recognize is truly passionate about helping their patients and genuinely care about their patients. Right away I felt comfortable with Dr. Slonim. She was able to explain my options in a way that immediately assured me on something that I was completely unsure of and I felt she always kept my top goals and priorities in mind at all times. Dr.Slonim is really an angel in disguise helping a huge group of women with fibroids! I'm so glad that I went in the right direction with her. My fibroid was almost 9cm×8cm×10cm in size and myomectomy or hysterectomy were definitely not the procedures I was looking for, mainly because I didn't want a huge incision but also because I wanted to keep my uterus. UFE is one of the best decisions I've made health wise. The procedure was done in July 2021 and within 5 months there was a 40% decrease in size. Most of my symptoms started to disappear within 2 weeks. It will continue to shrink drastically in the next few months. The procedure itself takes around 3 hours and you are ready to go home the same day. The recovery time is around 2 weeks, but I gave an extra week or two to my body because I over cautious! Dr.Slonim makes sure that all the medications are ready beforehand. She is very kind and takes care of every patient very individually by messaging them personally. She has an awesome staff too who know their stuff. They make observations through every followup appointments. Make sure you note down the appointment dates beforehand because their reminders are only the day before the appointment, which in my opinion is a very short time to make changes or even be prepared. I am absolutely overjoyed by the decision made in Aug 2021 to contact the Fibroid Institute. I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids by my OBGYN approximately 2-3 years prior and was told 2 options: a myoectomy or hysterectomy. Well, once I contacted Dr Slonim office I then had another option which was Uterine fibroid embolization. I cannot say Thank You enough!!! I was taken care of from start (Aug 2021) and still under their care as we speak (Dec 2021). The service provided was exceptional. Dr Slonim and her team are well knowledgeable of your concerns and available to be contacted anytime. Thanks again Dr Slonim, NP Esther and the whole team. You all are heaven sent.

Dr. Slonim and her team made a process that should be otherwise apprehensive quite smooth. I sensed confidence from Day 1 of discussing my condition with Dr. Slonim. She answered ALL of my questions, dispeling my doubts. I was worked through understanding every part of the UFE procedure and what to expect in the months after. The day of the procedure was no drama. No unnecessary delays, and the team made sure I was comfortable. The follow-up is remarkable! Even though I was already up and about by the next day, Dr. Slonim and her team followed up consistently to make sure all my previous symptoms were favorably resolved. I was initially scheduled for hysterectomy due to the fibroids before finding out about Dr. Slonim. I am thankful to still have my uterus "living peaceably" with me, as most of my symptoms, including menorrhagia, are resolved. I am grateful for the work of Dr. Slonim and her team.

Right from the receptionist to the doctor, the whole team, I find your service exceptional right from day one. I had a procedure scheduled and through the steps I had unequalled assistance all the way. On the day of my procedure, the doctors introduced themselves to me individually, the caring staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Slonim came to me personally, held my hands and said ‘we will all take good care of you’. All my anxiety vanished!! I had awesome care till the moment I left the facility. This is service par excellence! No one prays to be sick but if I ever have to do it again, I will chose this facility over. Big ‘Thank you’! Dr Slonim and the staff at Fibroids Institute Dallas are exceptional at what they do. Dr. Slonim, especially, is very attentive to her patients. During, my post-op period, she would check in to see how i am doing and said to reach out to her if i had any questions. Will definitely recommend Fibroids Institute Dallas.

Great staff and physician! I felt I had excellent care and everyone happily answered any and all questions from the first appointment, to before, during and after the procedure, to the follow up appointments. Highly recommended Dr Slonim and her team!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Slonim and her staff! I was very nervous about getting this procedure done but the care I received throughout the process went well beyond my expectations. I had a quick recovery and when I was unsure of symptoms I was having I was able to get a hold of Dr. Slonim right away. Her NP Esther is wonderful, as are each of the staff members who helped walk me through the administrative end with courtesy and care. My quality of life has improved greatly - no more pain, heavy bleeding, or having to "hide out" for days. I am so very grateful to have had my UFE done at Fibroid Institute Dallas!

Dr Slonim was very easy to talk to, she explained the procedure thoroughly. Dr Slonim has a perfect formula for pain management post that works. UFE was my first surgery, to have a phone call from the surgeon 24 hours post op was very reassuring and made me feel good about my progress. Office staff are very warm and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Slonim.

I can't put into words my experience has been like everything she said start to finish was on point. My first degenerated tumor just passed perfect timing, lost lot of weight. All I can say is she is extremely trustworthy and I highly recommend her and her team,not just words, experienced results.....

I am a big fan of Dr. Slonim?? she was wonderful during my UFE and during my recovery period! She is very caring and genuine in everything that she does and I’m grateful that I took this route because I was preparing for a hysterectomy but I believe this will work for me?? I would 100% recommend Dr. Slonim to my loved ones and to ANYONE! Look at her credentials- she's very smart & very talented, but in addition, she is hands down the most caring physician I have ever encountered. She's accessible, warm, helpful and demonstrates to you that she cares about you as a person as well as a patient. I wish she could teach all doctors about bedside manner! My UFE procedure went smoothly and I am very happy with the results. Her staff was great and helpful w/insurance.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Slonim! I am not a pt, but a nurse that has cared for her patients in 2 different facilities. I am SO impressed with how kind and considerate she is with her UFE pts. She is the ONLY md I know that actually sends her patients home on scheduled meds to ensure their pain is tolerable. She also ANSWERS her phone and ANY questions her pts have. She is VERY involved in her pts care. I TRULY wish that I knew about her and the UFE before I had a total hysterectomy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr Slonim! I knew I was in good hands on my first visit - she thoroughly explained the procedure I was having so I knew exactly what to expect. Following my procedure, Dr Slonim personally called to follow up to see how I was doing and I received several other calls from her staff to check in. During my entire recovery, she was always just a phone call away. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Slonim - she's caring, compassionate and capable!

I was having so much pain a prisoner in my home for at least 2-3 days a month. I fully expected to just get some information and leave. After the explanation given to me by Dr. Slonim I was confident that I need to get this done. I am a RN of 16 yrs in surgical and she impressed me. I had full explanation before,during and after my procedure. I was able to get in touch with her for questions whenever I called she answered promptly and pleasantly (even when I dialed by mistake on the weekends).

Dr. Slonim is the best she makes you feel so comfortable and a sense of security and so wlecomed with her humbled spirit. Her staff also makes you feel welcomed once you walk through the door, their generosity and excellent customer service is superbed. I highly recommend her and her staff if you are weighing your options of fibroid treatments. She was my 3rd medical professional opinion that i felt secured in. Dr. Slonim's entire staff was caring and professional. The procedure was over before I knew anything. I had been suffering since 2008 and I finally was able to get a referral from my new OB-GYN. He said she was one of the best in the field and that she had lots of experiemce which was my husband's main concern. My main concern was recovery .and the amount of pain which is why I wanted an alternative to a hysterectomy. I am so grateful for the opportunity yo.live differently. Bless you.

Dr. Slonim is a humble person. She cares about her patients and listens to them. I had a great experience. I heard great things about so i decided to see her. On my consultation appointment, she walked me through all the details related to UFE procedure. On the day of procedure, everything went well. For post-recovery Dr. Slonim and her team made it a painless process and managed and handled everything professionally. Indeed, she is the best doctor for UFE procedure.

Dr. Slonim is awesome. She listened to my issues and explained the embolization procedure thoroughly. She and her staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She even called me, personally, to check in the next day after my procedure. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know that suffers with fibroids.

The team at Precision Vascular & Interventional is incredible! Dr. Slonim's bedside manner is superb and her expertise on intravenous fribroid dissolution is tremendous. She and her team took ecellent care of me and the fibroids that had grown to the size of 2 grapefruits and a cluster of small ones are no longer being fed. This procedure blocks the blood flow to the fibroids so that they stop growing and are ultimately expelled. DR. SLONIM IS THE ANSWER TO MY PRAYERS!!!
