Always listens and helps with any issues or concerns I have. I have been going to Dr. Shaffer for over sixteen years. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. Her nurses are great also! Very helpful they always return my calls the same day and always help me out. Great staff.

I've never been more disappointed with the level of care offered by a medical professional. She ordered a bunch of tests without taking time to actually discuss symptoms or the results of said tests. I left the doctor's office with no idea what condition her prescription is treating and no idea of what other measures I can take to relieve my symptoms. She couldn't have cared less. I see Dr. Shaffer annually. She is very professional. Listened to my concerns and treated appropriately and with confidence.

I highly recommend Dr Shaffer to anyone who is serious about their health. She goes the extra mile to correct any issue that you might have and the expertise to do it correctly. Very down to earth.

Dr. Shaffer has been my physician for over twenty years. Throughout the years she has consistently taken time to carefully listen to my health concerns, thoroughly explain the diagnoses, and create successful treatment plans. I would recommend Dr. Shaffer if you want a physician who listens, shows compassion and will put you on the road to recovery.

I would highly recommend Dr. Shaffer. She is a very calm doctor and I am very comfortable with her. She listens and seems to be an excellent diagnostic doctor. During this pandemic, doctor appointments are very scary, having a calm, kind doctor is such a relief.

YES! I like everything about Dr. Shaffer and her staff. She is always friendly and answers all of my questions.

I trust Dr. Shaffer as my PCP. She always takes care of my medication needs. She delivered my first born and only child! My daughter now drives herself for doctor appointments with Dr. Shaffer. I think that it is cool that my daughter is now attending the same college that Dr. Shaffer had attended! Go Roos!

As with every visit Dr Shaffer is professional with a laid back country doctor attitude. Very efficient, caring , and knowledgeable of what needs to be done to make you your healthiest

Wasn't open to listening to my concerns or ideas about my own care.

I was experiencing hearing loss in one ear. After examining me, Dr Shaffer determined my ear canal was blocked by wax and yay! Problem solved. I had been in a month before for a physical so we kidded that’s I just missed her?? she has been my ob/gyn for many years and was thankful to get in the same day. I recommend her for whatever you need!

Dr Shaffer has been my primary doctor for many years and I am very happy with her. She always has time for me, listens to my questions and concerns. She explains pending procedures so well, and I appreciate that. She got me through shingles, pneumonia twice, weight gain and loss. Dr Shaffer is a thorough doctor with a kind approach. I highly recommend her.

Upbeat and positive, Dr. Shaffer sized up the situation immediately. Diagnosis even included external events that caused the allergic rash I'd never had before. She was patient and flexible explaining various options for treatment. Pretty darn impressed, I was! P.S./Spoiler alert: All pet lovers...look no further for sure for a doc you'll consider yourself quite lucky to find and be taken care of by.

Very friendly, and accommodating. She has been our primary physician for the whole family, (and even delivered our son) for over 10 years. She has some of the best nurses that work with her.

Dr. Shaffer is simply the best at helping with any issues that may come up. She is very thorough when you see her. I never have to wait very long for my appointments. Dr. Shaffer is very clear and to the point of what the issue may be and makes it easier to understand. If I ever have any questions I know I will get a return message promptly to address those concerns. Dr. Shaffer is very good about working me in if there is something very important that needs to be seen.

I needed to find a new doctor and preferred a female doctor. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Shaffer to discuss some questions I had about one of the conditions for which I take medication. She was condescending to me and did not listen, at one point saying "I can order tests for you if that will make you happy." She then went in an entirely different direction and when the visit notes were published in the patient portal, there was no mention of what I had originally asked her about.

I was very pleased with the questions and the procedures the dr had for me. Everything turned out fine

Can't say enough about the Shaffer team! They get me in when I need to be seen, Suzanne listens to me and always provides great care ! Highly reccomend them .
