Dr. Suzanne Jane Meyers

I saw Dr. Meyers at age 21 (I am now 33) for severe burning clitoral pain that arrived out of nowhere. She stated nothing was wrong with me and didnt even offer a topical lidocaine for pain. I saw her for 6 years and she did little for me, called me obsessed in me medical chart. I grew up in a conservative home where you did not see a Male doctor, so the only person she knew to refer me to was not an option. She knew this. I was more sensitive to exams due to my pain but she did not take any special care. At 31 I arrived at Cleveland clinic and saw a wonderful OBGYN who immediately saw and diagnosed clitoral adhesions. He removed numerous keratin beads by lysing the tissue which were the cause of my pain and now permanent nerve damage due to 11 years without help. Dr. Myers is not sensitive to emotional pain and suffering and for me cast off as nothing a condition she didn't understand. I was fearful and in pain for years with the inability to have relationships and a family.

She is extremely kind and thorough. Takes time with you and doesn't rush you through the appointment. So glad to have found her a couple of years ago!
