Suzanne J Friedler

Dr. Friedler has been my dermatologist for over ten years. I have severe psorasis and and she is a constant source of guidance and top flight professional care. I intend to continue being her patient for the long term. My skin has improved and my symptoms have lessened to the point where I no longer feel pain nor do I suffer painful skin lesions due to her expert skill in treating me with ultraviolet light therapy and calcipotriene and triamcinolone ointments as well constant advice and encouragement. I highly recommend that all patiients make an appointment to confer with her.

This is one of the worst dermatology offices I’ve ever been to. Not only do you have to wait more than an hour each time you have an appointment, Friedler stays in the room with you for about 3 minutes, provides little to no information about your concerns and then doesn’t call in any of your prescriptions. Friedler, Suzanne J. is a horrible doctor. I had a growth in the corner of my eye that I thought was a wart. She sprayed a freezing spray near my eye, in the wrong spot where the skin was fine (normal) without even looking for the wart. That left me with a burn mark on my face for weeks. I knew it was the wrong spot and told her, then she removed my makeup and looked closer and took off the actual growth. There was another growth under my breast that I wanted checked for cancer. She shaved it off and told me to put my shirt back on. I asked if it needed a band aid and she said no. I couldn't see the spot, but when I got home my white shirt was covered in blood. I couldn't frick'n believe it! My insurance paid her $1,250 for 15 min. She should give me the money to replace my ruined shirt! Meanwhile, she spent some of this time texting with someone...while I was explaining skin issues...she was not listening to me, but texting instead, seriously??? One of the worst experiences ever. Don’t waste your money by going here. From the staff to the doctor, everybody is just plain bad and rude. The doctor didn’t even try to listen to the problems and kept her eyes rolling. Upon asking questions, the doc wouldn’t even bother to address those and was just trying to get done with it. Not even entertained the patient for 5 mins but the clinic wanted the $150 deductible at the very start. Very rude and money minded. One of the worst experiences ever. I felt my appointment was not important to her. She barely finished giving me my shot when a tech knock on the door opened it said something to dr and dr walked out without another thought.

I personally was disappointed because there was a long wait despite my appointment, I was Informed the procedure I need is cosmetic only and that even though my health insurance told me my medically necessary botox needs were covered, that this wasn't true. (I have a chronic eye twitch.) I was also upsold a bleaching cream (which admittedly I DO need) but they were out of stock and lost the sale. Dr. Friedler is knowledgeable and a helpful doctor. There was a bit of a wait (30 mins) but worth it because she’s very attentive.

Dr. Suzzanne Freidler listens to your concerns which is why I have been with her for years. The only complaint I have is the surcharge of 67 dollars when using my credit card.

My visit on 2/28 was very interesting I learned a lot Regarding my hair loss as I was receiving my injections the was speaking to me and had given me 12 injections without me realizing I had been injected that was comforting to me .

I have been going to advanced dermatology for over a decade my doctor, Dr. Friedler is the best dermatologist there is she’s caring, compassionate and understanding of her patient needs. I couldn’t ask for anyone better than Dr. Friedler to treat my dermatology needs

I love how I was treated and I love how Suzanne took her time to explain to me how everything works. In all I felt like I was one of the family.

Dr. Fiedler was friendly, knowledgeable and very clearly experienced. I definitely liked her demeanor she put me at ease, listened to me and gave me answers and suggestions to my skin care problems. I would definitely return!!!

She made me feel at ease as I was very nervous . She was friendly and kind as were all the staff. I would absolutely recommend Doctor Friedler .

Dr.Friedler was very good. Only issue was I expressed an issue. She said something else concerned her more. I said but my issue is what brought me in. Afterwards it was revealed that my issue did need attention because it was a potential problem. Overall it was a very complete and positive experience.

Suzanne Friedler was excellent

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and never saw the doctor. They kept saying “she was coming” and that never happened. This is the first time I have ever visited this clinic and it was an incredible disappointment. And no apology whatsoever for wasting my time. Maybe the doctors are great. But the only way you can go here is if you don’t have anything else to do and don’t care about spending hours in a waiting room. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and never saw the doctor. Dr. Friedler and her team were attentive and easy to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns! Would definitely recommend new patients.

My doctor explained everything she did and was gentle and caring and professional. The nurses and receptionists all seemed to enjoy each other’s company so there was a positive, upbeat feeling in the office. It was the best possible scenario for a potentially dreadful procedure and I am grateful to all involved.

Dr Freidlet is a strategist and a tactician when it relates to cosmetic injectables. She does not just inject into your skin; it’s the placement of the the substance that makes all of the difference in the world. In addition, she’s extremely personable. Dr Freidler is the Best! Veronica Newton

Staff very unprofessional and wait time was ridiculous walked out without seeing the doctor and will not be returning.

The doctor was very professional. I highly recommend. But this place "post covid" is back to overbooking patients so be prepared to wait. Also, if you have to call the office- you are directed to somewhere else, and it is extremely difficult to get someone in actual office . But, the doctor is GREAT.

As a first time patient I was a little nervous. Dr. Friedler and her staff couldn't be any nicer. She explained everything to me in detail and took her time. I never felt rushed.

I had a very good experience. Everyone were very nice and friendly. The doctors were very nice and concerned about me and my problem. Waiting to receive the medication to see how it will work. Have confidence that it will.

Excellent care in a pleasant environment.

Wait is always a bit long, but the staff are ALL very nice and professional!

Great and professional

Dr. Friedler is our new diagnostician and she carefully examined my and my wife's dermatological concerns. She performed this while being assisted by two others, one a medical student in a teaching capacity. My wife in particular is very comfortable with Dr. Friedler being our attending physician.

Nice but no nonsense doctor who I have total confidence in. Her staff also reflects her manner as well.

Dr. Friedler provides the best possible care. And the dtaff is great.

She was pleasant and thoughtful. Made me feel comfortable.

She is charming, professional and attentive. She asks questions to get a thorough understanding of your problem. And that is what any patient wants and needs. I like her and look forward to my visits there! E

I get very good vibes from the doctors and staff

The doctor was very thorough and explained several treatment options to me. She also offered a full body exam to check for skin cancers. I would definitely recommend this place.

We waited an hour. The Dr was very quick however very thorough and seemed to know exactly what she was looking at.

My overall experience good. She listen she offered good medical advice. However, my last visits was discerning.

The provider took their time to explain in detail with all that was going on with my acne as well the removal of the mole on the left side of my eye.

The best Dermotologist I have ever been to. My husband, daughter and myself sees her.

Though some of those first encountered at the front desk were not the friendliest, some were better than others. Wait was not too bad, first tech I saw was very friendly and nice, as was the med student who next saw me. I am totally satisfied with Dr. Friedler in every way. She seems to know what she is doing and seems to care about her patients. Overall, I recommend this practice without reservation.

It took 1.5 hrs to see the doctor. Afterwards, they forgot to fill my prescription after I went all the way to the pharmacy. Overall very poor experience.
