So my mother was in a car accident has no car. Can't make it to an appointment and reschedule. Before the reschedule appointment gets here she ends up in the hospital with phenomena. The phenomena has nothing to do with what the reschedule appointment was for. This doctor has balls to yell at my mother for trying to schedule an appointment cuz she missed the reschedule appointment why in the hospital. This doctor is a joke. She even tries to bill my mother's insurance for seeing her the last time she was in the hospital. Guess she will do it again with this hospital stay. This Dr Alt never went to go see my mother in the hospital. False charging insurance companies. Doesn't explain medication to clients. She is a joke of a doctor.

This Doctor Doesn't Even Deserve 1 Star. This Lady is Absolutely CRAZY. She Told Me I had to have a voicemail in order to be seen. I made it very Clear from day 1 why I didn't have one, due to a family member. She Kicked Me out as a patient, Keep in mind I was always on time never missed appointments and when I had a missed call, I called them Back. I went to leave after she kicked me out as her patient and this crazy UN-stable lady blocked the exit door and would NOT let me leave. She said she HAD to sign a release paper.. I don't owe anything at that office there was no sense in keeping me as a prisoner for about 5 minutes while she Physically blocked the exit. she tried to hand me a paper I let it fall to the floor and as she went to pick it up I had my opportunity to leave .. This Psycho followed me all the way about to my vehicle then dropped the paper in the paring lot, instead of shredding it like a normal person would do, which has to be a breach in Hippa Right there... This lady is crazy, literally.. She is one of the rudest people you will ever encounter on a "Professional level"... I've never smoked in my life and she told me I do. Every time I went in she asked if I still smoked, same answer everytime "I never have". Then this last time she said I HAVE TO HAVE A VOICEMAIL. I explained how I can't cause of a personal family member. Then I went to leave, told her I don't have to put up with this disrespect and she blocked the main entrance to the building trying to keep me prisoner. This lady needs committed NOT having responsibility over other people's medical situations.. I wouldn't recommend this person to my worst enemy...

Very attentive, listens to what the patient is saying. Good with follow up, stays focused on the issue at hand.

This doctor was deplorable! No explanation on medication, no clear and concise statement of diagnoses. My partner has type 2 diabetes and she didn't even tell him!!! She cannot handle questions of any sort and has extremely rude and aggressive bedside manner! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Alt is very knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to get to know her patients. She has a great staff that interact well with the patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Alt.

This lady is absolutely INSANE! She yelled at me and was extremely hateful because I asked how much longer it would be before we were seen. This was at 6pm and my appointment was at 4:10. After so much of her yelling I told her I was leaving and she tried to physically stop me from leaving. I had my 2 year old in my hands, I kept walking and when I got to the door it was locked and I couldn't get out. By the time I got it unlocked She was right behind me and said "here take this" and had papers in her hands that she shoved at my chest so hard that you could see her fist imprints on the papers. Giving this Dr a one star review is pushing it! My husband starting seeing her a few weeks ago and it has not been a good experience. He saw her last week as a follow up and told her he had to go to urgent care for coughing and not being able to sleep. She got angry with him. Told him that the was the worst thing he could have done. She was closed and he had no other option! Then she ordered a chest X-ray and is refusing to give him results until him comes back Thursday. In the mean time, he could have pneumonia that could be treated. What kind of Dr won’t share test results over the phone??? Giving this Dr a one star review is pushing it! DO NOT! Go see this Dr. if I could have left a no star review I would have. If you are a patient leave before it’s to late! This Dr. never listened to anything I said, and constantly interrupted me! She told me my symptoms instead of listening to anything I said. Her and her staff constantly lied to me & the 3 times that I was there I waited a average of 1hr 20 mins to see her. Even though there was no other patients there. She also withheld test results form me. I can’t figure out what her game is but it’s not about helping those in need of medical attention! On my 3rd visit I explained to her that I got medical attention at a different facility on a day that she was closed. She didn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her and became very angry and jealous that I went to someone other that her! Then without hearing what meds I was prescribed told me that that was the worst possible treatment I could have gotten. Her nurse said my vital signs where good she said I was unhealthy! 806!

Started out well and deteriorated fast. Office staff are not knowledgeable and dr alts personality is horrible.

If no stars were an option that's what she would get. Went to see her because of a UTI she emphatically informed me that I didn't have one. Sent me to get blood work because she said I must have something else going, I went back to see her again 2 days later. She said my blood work was fine. And wanted to run more tests on me because something had to be going on. Long story short, I did in fact have a UTI and was miserable a full weekend because she failed to correctly diagnose me. Then she threatened to withhold medication from me until I scheduled another appointment with her. So in tears I did, then I called to reschedule because I couldn't get a babysitter and 3 days later she canceled me as a client for non-compliance, needless to say, absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. Also she doesn't listen to your symptoms she tells you your symptoms. 100% will recommend you find someone who actually cares about your well-being more than this lady.

If I could leave zero stars I would. She took over after my doctor retired and it's been nothing but craziness over my records, if I have a visit or not and on what day, and required frequency and price of visits! I'm a cash pay patient and I feel that I was being extorted! I went from taking 1 $10 prescription and seeing the doctor once a year to getting labs and having to see the doctor every 6 weeks or sooner at $175 or more each visit. She yelled at me in the exam room and made me cry. Her office staff is so disorganized and rude as well.

Dr. Alt is simply the worst Doctor I have ever met. I was forced to question her motives, her abilities, her experience, her intelligence, and her common sense. She has seemingly forgotten and/or disregarded them all already. I was left truly dumbfounded by our one and only interaction. If you really, really, really hate yourself or someone else, make an appointment with Dr. Alt. Otherwise STAY AWAY! Find another Doctor! Seriously!!

Above and Beyond!! Been seeing Dr Ault for couple years and she has always been informative, dependable, and knowledgeable! She takes her time with patients checking up on every facet of life. She can help in many ways and I have never had a Dr like her who makes such a point to really get to know her patients so she can provide best care possible.

Not Good! I seen Dr Alt in May of 2019. I have an amputated right leg under the knee. I went to Dr Alt to get approved for a medical marijuana card in Illinois. The doctor that approved it prior to me seeing Dr Alt retired. I was told it would cost $60 for 20 minutes. I end up paying $180 plus $20 for paperwork. I was told to come back the following week and she would finish filling out the paperwork and it would only cost $25. I went back the next week and it cost me another $180. I knew then it wasn't going to be good. Dr Alt then scheduled me for the first week of July. I didn't go to that appointment. I knew it would cost at least another $180. I can't afford to see a doctor every other month and pay her that much money. Needless to say, my leg has not grown back and will never grow back. I have residual leg pain that I will always have unless I never walk on it. Now her costs are $70 for 20 Minutes and $100 for 30 minutes. So she will revoke my card, no money, no card.

Dr. Alt took alot of time to talk with me about, diet, and nutrition. After she examined me she was able to see that my SI joint sheared, and with some manipulation she corrected the problem. I am feeling much better. My biggest complaint had been with my very stiff and painful neck. Doing much better now. Thank-you Dr. Suzanne! I think you are AMAZING! Life is Better when you have a Osteopath!

Dr. Alt takes care of you like you are one of her family. She listens and takes all the time you need to talk about your pain problems. She has helped me tremendously with bio-identical hormones as she is also board certified in alternative medicine. She is a true healer. I have referred all my family to her. She has wonderful hands for her manipulation and cranial therapy.

0 stars. I have seen Dr. Alt biweekly for the past 4 months. I don't have enough space to fully describe the terrible service I received from this incompetent physician. She prescribed a dose 4 times higher than what I was supposed to get for a medication that is dangerous at that high of a dose. She threatened to, and did, withhold treatment from me because I wanted to see my in network primary care physician to go over unrelated test results that she couldn't even manage to obtain herself.

You don't need a million docs- an orthopedist, a chiropractor, an endocrinologist, a physical medicine rehab specialist, a pain-control expert, or one for body manipulation, etc- she does all. Adequate time for discussion of symptoms/questions, respects your intelligence/experience/concerns, access to the doctor between appts. Be prepared to have done some homework to get money's worth with good questions! Expert info and alternatives to support your treatment decisions. Refreshingly frank!

I have seen Dr Alt twice for sudden onset mid to low back pain which awakened me from sleep 8 nights in a row, then stopped hurting during the day. Dr. Alt carefully explained that night time onset Pain can indicate serious medical problems. She arranged for me to have both CT and MRI scans the same day and called me that evening as promised with the results that were available.
