I tried to get an appointment for my college age daughter who had recital bleeding for two weeks. I explained she was coming home from college. Then, I had to listen to 20 solid minutes of medical advice from the appointment person— fissures and hemorrhoids and what to ask her etc. I finally got an appointment spot and gave all the demographics and insurance info. After I hung up she called back and amassing”I forgot to ask what state she is coming home from. So I said Florida and she said there is no way anyone in this practice will see her coming from a Covid hot spot. Then she said I can give you names of doctors in private practice. Huh? Anyway, half an hour of my life I will never get back getting medical advice from a receptionist and then getting dropped and told “nobody here” would treat a college student coming home from Florida. Stay away from these people. They’re nuts

Dr. Stein performed my hemorrhoid surgery 3 weeks ago, my hemorrhoids were in terrible shape. It could not have been done better. I took Tylenol for 3 days and then did not need any more pain medication. There was very little bleeding after the surgery. After 10 days I did not even think about it any more. Dr. Stein could not have been more pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend her!

I saw 5 doctors before Dr. Stein, all insisting there was nothing wrong with me or else stating they had no idea why I was getting severe spasms in my rectum. Within a few minutes of our visit she had a good guess as to what the issue was and then proceeded to confirm it within that short visit. She took the time to explain why it was happening, with diagrams and other literature I was able to take. She's brilliant, patient AND exceedingly kind. I couldn't be more thankful to have found her.
