Dr. Santos is a great provider, she takes the time to listen to our questions and concerns, she responds promptly to questions sent through MyChart.

I arrived to my son's appointment on February 9th, 2022. During my appointment, while discussing my son's care Ms.Santos behaved inappropriately. She ignored and she did not listen to my concerns regarding my son's health. I was very distraught by my recent appointment. I left the appointment feeling that my son's health was not important and I felt like we were both just another number in the system. Dr. Santos is the BEST!! She's been all of my children's pediatrician and we love her!

Dr. Susan Santos is a pediatrician to 3 out of 4 of my children. She has been nothing short of exceptional and I am currently trying to have her be the pediatrician of my 4th. She is absolutely amazing!!!!

She's the best!

Best decision to choose her as my son's doctor. She has been seeing him since 2001. Now she see's my youngest son who is adopted and is having a lot of problems with behavior. She is a god send!

Great doctor and great facility!

Dr Santos is an amazing Dr. She never makes you feel rushed, or just like a number. She takes her time, and makes kids feel so comfortable with her. I would recommend her to everyone, and go e more then 5 stars if I could.
