Very professional exam, addressed all my concerns.

I took my son today to see Susan Rudolph. Our appt was at 11am - we arrived ten minutes early just to fill out paperwork. We then waited until 11:35 am to be brought into a room. The nurse who brought us into the room asked us a bunch of questions and then repeated those questions back to us a few times (just a bit odd). We then waited for the doctor which was another 15 minutes. The doctor walked in literally looked at my sons face for about 3 seconds total and gave us two options: months of antibiotics or a special vitamin A treatment. There was no talk about face washing or anything else. My son chose the Vit A option. A nurse came into draw blood (long story) and she was a nervous wreck - kept asking my son if he felt ok, was he feeling faint, etc. We left around 12:45 and my son immediately said that was very weird and uncomfortable. We went home to search for other options. We don't believe that meds are the option for everything. I took my son today to see Susan Rudolph. Though it has been less than 48 hours from my visit, the Rx may be working already. Dr. Rudolph was thorough and she and her staff were pleasant and courteous. I would visit her establishment again if need be.

I saw Dr. Rudolph for a concerning spot on my nose. It was fine.. I also had her look at another spot on my back and that was fine also. She did however find a spot that I was not even aware of and did find it to be concerning. She took a sample and said it would be a good idea to have a full body scan,especially since serious skin conditions and cancers run in my family. It’s been wonderful working with Dr. Rudolph! She does a wonderful job with mole removal and injectable cosmetic procedures. At 39 years old, I’ve begun using more cosmetic treatments and Dr. Rudolph does a beautiful job! My friends and family don’t really know what I am having done because the results are very natural. I just get compliments that I look happy and healthy. It’s been great. She has high quality prescription skin products. I’m using one for hyper pigmentation (they offer this at a less expensive price than other Dermatology clinics because they formulate their own brand! It’s been wonderful working with Dr. Rudolph! Dr. Susan Rudolph recently had a visit from a family member. I could not have been more pleased as she handled all his concerns and removed any questions he had. What she did find, she handled efficiently and respectfully. I would highly recommend her for your dermatology needs.

I always have a wonderful experience here. I've had many dermatologists visits and Forefront always impresses me, the staff and facilities are both excellent. Dr. Rudolph is extremely attentive to any and all comments or concerns, and works to quickly adapt to the concerns I've presented. Absolutely everything was great from the moment I walked in.

Doctor and office was friendly enough . Probably won’t return as I was looking for a doctor to treat more aging problems. One small area was treated but overpriced for what I had done. I will look further.

Having had a few problems prior to this appointment with feeling "unheard" I was pleased with Dr. Rudolph who listened to me and made me feel understood, even though my skin problem was not particularly flared up at the time of the exam.

I was very dissatisfied. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. I felt rushed by the Dr and that she didn’t really listen to what I had to say nor did she really take time to listen to my concerns or really look “closely” at my skin. She prescribed one medication,my skin felt like it was burning and the next one never worked either. I was not able to talk to the Dr directly with my concerns. It was a waste of my time and money and unfortunately made my condition worse.

Couldn't get an appointment in my home town, St. Cloud for 6 months. A bit of a drive. Staff and doctors are friendly. Received suggestions for OTC products. Was given a prescription for a skin cream but unfortunately couldn't afford $115.00.

I was told I would have to wait up to 6 months for an appt in the st. Cloud area. When I called forefront dermatology I got an appt within a week. The staff are very nice and I usually don't have to wait long at an appt. Dr. Rudolph is very knowledgeable and is very good about allowing my suggestions to be included in my treatment plan

Dr Rudolph was very thorough in her explanations of the spots she was examining and offered complete treatment options and test procedures performed. She also offered a comprehensive prognosis. We are awaiting the test results from the biopsies done during this visit.

My appointment started 45 minutes late and Dr. Rudolph appeared distracted and disconnected during the exam.

Very friendly staff, and quick service. Dr. Rudolph was VERY knowledgeable and professional.

I wish the room had a screen to keep the receptionist area from seeing into the room. And a knock on the door would be appreciated before entering when I was changing even though I was done. The care was good .

I called Susan’s office and scheduled an appointment in less than one week. Susan and her staff were very kind and professional.
